Her office runs like a finely oiled machine. She keeps appointment times. Her office staff call you back quickly and they care as much as Dr. Adelman does. Her staff is fabulous just like Dr. Adelman! Dr. Adelman bends over backwards to ensure her patients get the best possible care and in the most timely manner. If I was old enough to see her, I would. I asked, but she only takes geriatric patients and I'm not quite old enough yet. But she helped me find a great doctor in the same network. She cares deeply and she listens. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Adelman and her entire staff. They treat you like family.

My experience with Dr. Feit's office was extremely disappointing. I encountered significant issues…read morewith communication, care coordination, and the prior authorization process for prescribed medications. In my case, inaccurate information was submitted regarding insurance authorization, which delayed access to treatments that should have been eligible for coverage. The office appeared understaffed, with administrative and clinical responsibilities seemingly handled by the same individual, which contributed to confusion and inconsistent information. When I sought assistance resolving the authorization issues, I was told that I was "on my own" and that the matter was not the office's responsibility. Rather than helping navigate the process or advocating on my behalf, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Most concerning was the lack of support when barriers to treatment arose. Patients depend on their healthcare providers to help coordinate care and communicate with insurers when medically necessary treatments are prescribed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I was ultimately advised to seek care elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

My interaction with Joe, the office manager, was one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read moreever had. I called to ask a simple question about my insurance after the front desk told me I should speak with him directly. Instead of being helpful, he was incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. Joe came across like a complete douche -- angry, hostile, and acting like he had a chip on his shoulder for no reason. It honestly felt like he had me confused with someone else because his reaction made no sense for such a straightforward question. I've never dealt with an office manager at a doctor's office who behaved this way. He should not be working at a doctors office where people should be empathetic. He lacks empathy. He speaks as if the patients owe him something and seems critical. When patients are just trying to understand their insurance or get basic information, the least they should receive is professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, Joe delivered the exact opposite and left a really terrible impression. This whole office from the doctor to the office manager to the front staff are all horrible and lack customer service. This was the last straw and I stopped going to this god-awful place. There are so many better doctors and their staff out there.

STAY AWAY SHE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR. She is a terrible doctor and she is the worst at listening…read more During my visits she is always staring at her computer and hardly listening. And when she is staring at her computer she is always reffering to old tests and I always have to correct. She is supposed to be prepared never before the appointment. For over a year I was having hot flashes in the middle of the night and I have told her about it multiple times, and every time I told her about it she was ssoooo insulting she gave me a condescending smile and said "just push the covers." After a year of her insulting advice I literally had to raise my voice and told her to look at me when I'm speaking to her. And tell her that she needs to help me, she is doctor I am the patient . " You are a doctor and its your job and responsibility to help me." She then told me I can just take test with my gyno and they can tell me if I'm in menopause. It took her over a year to use her brain cells to tell me that. So I then had a appointment with my gyno and I told her I need to take "the test" that would show if I am in menopause. When I saw my gyno, she said there is not a "test" that shows weather I would be in menopause. She said Dr. Helen Rostamloo was wrong. Also I had a hard time trying to get an appointment with my gyno for a regular pap smear and Dr. Helen said she can do it. And I let Dr. Helen do it. I trusted her and I thought I was in good hands. Later I was telling my sister who is a Nurse about it and she was shocked. My sister told me a primary should NEVER be allowed to do a pap smear it always should be done by a gyno. She told me the Primary Doctor is not qualified nor is ever supposed to perform a pap smear. I also have been having ear ringing that has not gone away. I was diagnosed this tinnitus and I asked her what she should recommend. She said don't go to physical therapy 'LOOK ON YOU TUBE."
