And you didn't save my relative and not sure what you are talking about? Has nothing to do with my comments and don't be shocked that we actually speak on truth and rate based on how we are treated as a patient and she even commented one of the patients stating how she should stop eating so much and watch her mouth ,instead of asking doctor how to lose weight when she herself is over weight! The most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. You can never get a hold of anyone there, They not only dont answer the phone but you cant even leave a message for a call back. If you happen to be able to, they wont call you back anyway! The front desk/nurse thinks she's better than everyone who walks in and expects respect when she herself has NONE. I went in to get some information on tests they wanted my dad to do, a simple request, but was confronted by her taking me into the back room, asking me to take a seat multiple times just so she can lecture me on "why i'm being rude". Mind you the reason i had to go into the office to begin with was because they NEVER answer the phone! She then asks if im allowed to have this information which is comical because they've already called and give me info without me being on the list, a clear HIPPA violation! End result of this visit was me flaming on her and leaving without any of the info i needed. .. instead as i was leaving she said " DONT EVER COME BACK HERE" They have run multiple tests and done blood work ONCE A WEEK for my parents for absolutely no reason. Hospitalized for 6 days for reasons what weren't given to us and anytime we asked they just said to make sure everything is ok.. Tests all come back normal and then they come up with yet another thing to test. When you ask why? they simply say, hes not healthy. Makes zero sense to me. If you care about your health id recommend a more professional doc's office. 100% changing doctors after this (long overdue) If you have Medi-cal or Medi-care they will run up that bill just for more income. I'm glad I know Dr. Khudatyan as a patient. He is very attentive and takes his time to go over any medical issue that I have a question on. He does not overload you with drugs unnecessarily. It works for me. I'm sure he has different approaches to everyone depending on the medical condition. My parents are grateful patients of his as well. My parents are hearing impaired. Dr. Khudatyan makes sure that on every visit my parents' concerns and needs are satisfied and he allocates all the time that is necessary to accomplish it. The staff is also great. Dr. Kudatyan was my primary doctor last 20 years. After 20 years of relationship as a doctor and patient, today I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in his office. During my visit today, the nurse by the name Arevik, ordered me to wear a mask. When I stated that mask is not mandatory anymore, she ordered me to wear the mask or leave the premises. I have to mention that I'm 69 years old cancer patient. I asked the nurse if I can see the doctor. However, doctor never came out but instead two policemen came and asked me to leave and escorted me out of premises. Dr Kudatyan and his nurse have no professionalism and definitely no bed side manners. Their attitude towards a patient is inhumane and unprofessional and not becoming to health care professionals. Doctors don't treat their patients like criminals. Dr. Kudatyan, what happened to your hippocratic oath "first do not harm" and to uphold specific ethical standards?. read more

I wish I could put 0 star but it's not available. Dr. Khudatyan, how can you rebuttal what I wrote when you never bothered to come out from your office to assess the situation in the waiting room? It is truly shameful that you would try to present facts, which are far from reality and one-sided, based only on your employee's testimony. No office worker should have absolute authority to treat patients with such disrespect and with authoritative and aggressive manner such as your employee Arevik, who lacks simple every day manners. Your employee called the police unilaterally and not because I asked her to do so. I never initiated the idea and never told her to call the police as you have presented. When she threatened me with police, I just simply told her to do it. How simplistic it is to even suggest that she called the police because patient asked her to do so. I have never been an anti-masker. You know that very well. No situation in the medical office calls for police presence because a 69 years old cancer patient is a threat to anyone in the office. As my doctor you could've come out and simply informed me that you don't want to serve me anymore because i am not or don't want to wear a mask and handle my file to me and trust me, that would've been very mature of you and very fine with me. However, to call police on me for not wearing mask and to refuse to give me my medical records, you are also in violation of California Medical Boards regulations. I think your employee should be little bit informed before she in a rude manner, again, told me to hire an attorney if I want my medical records, when I asked for it before I left the office. Police officers presence in your office was threatening and intimidating to all of your patience in the waiting room. As you know I have been social worker for a very long time and worked in very volatile situations. And I did use police assistance. However, those situations are nothing to compare with doctor patient relationships and calling police is the absolute last resort in any situation. I don't believe you fully understand yet the ramifications of your behavior as a doctor and how damaging this incident was for you, if not professionally, however, definitely personally. No doctor would forgive himself or herself for treating his or her patient/s in that manner. In any case I would like to thank you as being my doctor in the past. God be with you. read more

Dr Khudatyan has been the primary care doctor for my grandmother Zvart G since last year. Through almost all negative experiences with doctors and nurses at Glendale Adventist, he has been a ray of kindness. He has been extremely thorough, patient, kind, understanding, thoughtful and empathic. When most doctors have disregarded her as a lost cause and written off her symptoms as "old age" he has looked past her age to actually diagnose and treat her. He has taken the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment to family, and to keep us involved in her care. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to find an caring and thorough doctor--it is good to know that they still exist, and he is one of them. My last visit to Dr. Khudatyan was epic and I want to share it here. First I want to thank Angela for going extra mile and scheduling my appointment so fast. That proved to be crucial as the rest of the story will show. I was not feeling good, but nothing extraordinary. So I got my appointment and went to the office. As usually, I was greeted friendly, signed in and sat down to wait for my turn. Then I started feeling worse, but didn't realize how serious was the problem I was going through. Thanks God, Arevik noticed it and called me in immediately. Her professional eye noticed right away what kind of issues I was having at that moment. I don't want to go too much into details, but she took all the necessary measures and called the doctor right away. They just saved my life. This a big shoutout to you Dr. Khudatyan for having such a professional team who will not hesitate to go extra mile to help us, the patients. If Angela wouldn't give me an appointment so fast, if Arevik wouldn't notice that I was having issues, if Dr. Khudatyan wouldn't intervene in time, I wouldn't be writing this story now. Let me start out by saying Dr. Khudatyan is the most amazing doctor I've ever dealt with. He's so caring and literally will take his time with you and not rush you like most doctors these days. I got lucky with finding him. 4 yrs ago long story short I went to him because I was in a lot of pain and my health wasnt doing so great, well i ended up getting diagnosed with Lupus and while I was in the hospital at the time he came to see me every day and has been so caring and genuine ever since. He also referred me to the best rheumatologist. I ended up moving out of state for a few years and let me tell you non of the doctors I dealt with in Texas could compare to Dr. Khudatyan. So if you need a new primary I highly suggest him. Also Mary the nurse shes amazing as well! Always on top of getting my results and sending out referrals and getting me an appointment as quick as possible. I love that the office doesnt have so many people working it's like family. My whole family was a patient of this doctor for 5 years. I never had an emergency to realize they are such careless until recently I had a horrible experience. My son was tested positive with Covid and I was exposed and was experiencing symptoms, so I called the office letting them know about how I feel to obtain guidance and directions. In addition, I needed a letter to provide to my employer stating that I was exposed and needed to quarantine. The first response by the secretary was that they don't provide any letters. I expressed dissatisfaction stating that they are my primary care and I don't know who else to contact to get guidance and the letter. She said that she will ask the doctor and let me know . Then she called me and said that the doctor stated that I had PPO insurance and can go to any other doctor and that they do not provide any letters. What got my absolutely frustrated was that the doctor said that we are not beneficial patients and we only go there once a year for annual check up and to fill out biometrics paperwork for insurance. I told them that I apologize for not getting sick enough for me to be beneficial for them and I hung up. I immediately took my business to another doctor who was happy to help me and I will discourage all my friends and family to stop going to this practice . read more

If I could put zero stars I would, this is an update of my original post, at first the girls in the office years ago were so helpful and kind, then as time went on they got other girls with zero personality zero effort to help and zero effort of enthusiasts, they are so RUDE and unprofessional and didn't even want to be at work, I say, if you don't like your job find another, as for the Doctor, well, I thought at first he was very good and listened and understood, boy was I wrong, as I told him one day how his office girl was screaming at me (I also recorded this) on the phone when I had asked about a referral he just shoved it away, I guess this has happened a lot, at that point I knew this was not a Doctor I wanted, and how funny, when I started the process of finding another Doctor I reported this office to the Board and the Insurance company. I get a letter saying that he didn't want to have me as a Patient anymore continuing to spread these lies and blaming me, Not shocked at that at all since this is an extremely unprofessional office. So who needs a Dr. that isn't professional along with his unprofessional staff who have no work ethic and don't know how to leave their personal problems at home, they don't even smile in that place. I have a new Dr. now and a new group and I can't say enough how grateful I am for my new Dr. and the office staff, I actually get callbacks ASAP referrals ASAP nice kind people and an office that actually likes to help people and do their job, so on that note! Just because you have a medical license doesn't mean you're above anything else. Oh and one more thing, they could't even pronounce my name correctly even when I told him how they still said it wrong.
