I called to ask a simple question about my insurance after the front desk told me I should speak with him directly. Instead of being helpful, he was incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. Joe came across like a complete douche -- angry, hostile, and acting like he had a chip on his shoulder for no reason. It honestly felt like he had me confused with someone else because his reaction made no sense for such a straightforward question. I've never dealt with an office manager at a doctor's office who behaved this way. He should not be working at a doctors office where people should be empathetic. He lacks empathy. He speaks as if the patients owe him something and seems critical. When patients are just trying to understand their insurance or get basic information, the least they should receive is professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, Joe delivered the exact opposite and left a really terrible impression. This whole office from the doctor to the office manager to the front staff are all horrible and lack customer service. This was the last straw and I stopped going to this god-awful place. And when she is staring at her computer she is always reffering to old tests and I always have to correct. She is supposed to be prepared never before the appointment. For over a year I was having hot flashes in the middle of the night and I have told her about it multiple times, and every time I told her about it she was ssoooo insulting she gave me a condescending smile and said "just push the covers." After a year of her insulting advice I literally had to raise my voice and told her to look at me when I'm speaking to her. And tell her that she needs to help me, she is doctor I am the patient . " You are a doctor and its your job and responsibility to help me." She then told me I can just take test with my gyno and they can tell me if I'm in menopause. It took her over a year to use her brain cells to tell me that. So I then had a appointment with my gyno and I told her I need to take "the test" that would show if I am in menopause. When I saw my gyno, she said there is not a "test" that shows weather I would be in menopause. She said Dr. Helen Rostamloo was wrong. Also I had a hard time trying to get an appointment with my gyno for a regular pap smear and Dr. Helen said she can do it. And I let Dr. Helen do it. I trusted her and I thought I was in good hands. Later I was telling my sister who is a Nurse about it and she was shocked. My sister told me a primary should NEVER be allowed to do a pap smear it always should be done by a gyno. She told me the Primary Doctor is not qualified nor is ever supposed to perform a pap smear. I also have been having ear ringing that has not gone away. I was diagnosed this tinnitus and I asked her what she should recommend. She said don't go to physical therapy 'LOOK ON YOU TUBE."

Instead, I was left waiting for an hour and a half without any meaningful communication about the delay. This was not the first time I was kept waiting. I understand that medical offices can have unexpected delays and emergencies, but waiting 90 minutes without a clear explanation or an update is not respectful of a patient's time. After waiting that long, I ultimately had to leave without being seen. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with patients when appointments are significantly delayed. Patients' time matters too, and I expected a much more professional experience. You lost a patient and I will share this experience with anyone I meet.

I had a horrible experience with this office, and this is your warning to stay away…read more I was extremely clear that I did NOT want NAD+ added to my treatment because it was not being billed through insurance and I did not agree to pay for it separately. I never received a separate NAD+ IV, and at no point was I clearly told that NAD+ was being added to my regular IV bag. Then afterward, I was sent a $250 invoice for NAD+ that I do not believe I ever received. When I questioned the charge, I was suddenly told that the NAD+ had supposedly been mixed into my regular IV bag. That explanation makes absolutely no sense based on what was communicated to me during the appointment. I specifically declined this treatment. If something is being added to a patient's IV, especially something they already said they did not want and would not pay for, that should be clearly explained and consented to beforehand -- not claimed afterward once a bill is questioned. The communication and billing surrounding this were completely unacceptable and seriously damaged my trust in this provider. Patients should know exactly what is being put into their IV and exactly what they are agreeing to pay for before treatment begins. Based on my experience, I would absolutely stay away from this office.
