STAY AWAY SHE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR. She is a terrible doctor and she is the worst at listening. During my visits she is always staring at her computer and hardly listening. And when she is staring at her computer she is always reffering to old tests and I always have to correct. She is supposed to be prepared never before the appointment. For over a year I was having hot flashes in the middle of the night and I have told her about it multiple times, and every time I told her about it she was ssoooo insulting she gave me a condescending smile and said "just push the covers." After a year of her insulting advice I literally had to raise my voice and told her to look at me when I'm speaking to her. And tell her that she needs to help me, she is doctor I am the patient . " You are a doctor and its your job and responsibility to help me." She then told me I can just take test with my gyno and they can tell me if I'm in menopause. It took her over a year to use her brain cells to tell me that. So I then had a appointment with my gyno and I told her I need to take "the test" that would show if I am in menopause. When I saw my gyno, she said there is not a "test" that shows weather I would be in menopause. She said Dr. Helen Rostamloo was wrong. Also I had a hard time trying to get an appointment with my gyno for a regular pap smear and Dr. Helen said she can do it. And I let Dr. Helen do it. I trusted her and I thought I was in good hands. Later I was telling my sister who is a Nurse about it and she was shocked. My sister told me a primary should NEVER be allowed to do a pap smear it always should be done by a gyno. She told me the Primary Doctor is not qualified nor is ever supposed to perform a pap smear. I also have been having ear ringing that has not gone away. I was diagnosed this tinnitus and I asked her what she should recommend. She said don't go to physical therapy 'LOOK ON YOU TUBE." read more

I was admitted to Glendale Memorial Hospital on May 30, 2026 for heavy shortness of breath, irregular heart beats, chest squeezing, bleeding esophagus, severe pain, bloody urine, bleeding stomach ulcers, severe swelling, hives and pain in my legs from another hospital doctor trying to substitute real IV Morphine with a green oral liquid and not real Morphine. I have high allergies and I can't have any other pain pills nor oral liquids because they cause me severe allergic reactions. I was born with this problem and I have pictures and proof. All hospitals that have treated me for myocardia infraction (5 heart attacks), CHF, 8 blood transfusions, AFB and GI Bleed for 7 years, have compiled a list in my medical records of all medications that I cannot have and all that I can have which is Morphine and Dilaudid by IV only. About 99% of the doctors who read my medical records immediately prescribe 3 to 4 mgs of IV Morphine every 3 to 4 hours, or IV Dilaudid 2 mg every 6 hours as safe and allergy free for me. Dr. Rostamloo prescribed 1mg of IV Morphine every 6 hours and my pain level is above 10 on the pain scale and is progressively getting worse. 1 mg of Morphine is not enough for a baby, and I have been lying here in pain for 2 days. Every pro staff who does this I find is stealing Morphine. They are babysitting the morphine instead of caring for their patients. The nurses and staff have pleaded with Dr. Rostamloo to increase the milligrams because it wasn't human nor normal for a professional doctor to prescribe when a patient is in excruciating pain. Dr. Rostamloo came to my room one time. In spite of her seeing me in pain, she said, "I'm not changing the 1mg." Then she giggled and galloped out of my room and said she will be right back, and she never came back. She couldn't look directly at me, and she sounded high and drunk off of some type of substance. It was as if she got off on abusing a patient, or that it was some type of game, and thought it was funny. I am finding this hoax game to be a big problem among hospital staff here in Los Angeles hospitals and it's increasing. It is not funny. I do not think that Dr. Rostamloo is mature enough to medically treat patients who have complex medical problems. She needs to be tested for drugs and alcohol abuse. She has deliberately caused me intentional infliction of emotional distress and I am still crying. read more

I keep saying that I'm going to change doctors but this time I'm really going to do that. It's hard to find a really great doctor nowadays. They just make up fake reasons for a doctors visit when it's not even medically necessary just to make money. This office is all about making money. The receptionist are also just as much of a scam artist and have no empathy by trying to make money for the doctor and telling you that oh it's policy. They charge you $120 for a two minute phone call. Total BS. read more

I have seen Dr. Rostamloo several times the past few years, and had a consistently good experience. Her office staff is kind, they fit me in promptly if needed, and what's truly special and unusual--- I never have a super long wait time after check-in. Dr Rostamloo herself is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. She has helped with anything from an EKG or MRI to just an annual checkup. I highly recommend her. read more

The staff up front are very rude!! my doctor gave me the lab work paper and she had added a certain test that needed to be done at quest the person that was supposed to draw my blood at quest didn't know what that test was for, so when he reached out to the doctors office to figure out what test that's for so The upfront staff blamed me for it. They said that I'm the one that added that test and let alone being very rude about it and hanging up on me and not letting me speak to the doctor to figure out what test that was and they're blaming me for it what test did you ask for?! I asked to get checked for everything how the heck am I supposed to know what specific test it is! What pissed me off the most was when they told that guy working at Quest that I added that test very unprofessional. The doctor herself is very sweet and nice. I've been a patient of Dr. Rostamloo's for almost 10 years now. I find her to be compassionate, patient, thorough and she spends as much time as needed to discuss any issues or concerns I may have. I'm just going to be blunt: I have REALLY BAD white coat syndrome. I avoid going to the doctor as much as possible because, despite my brain and common sense knowing it's for my own good and they're there to help, my body reacts physically. My blood pressure and heart rate shoot WAY up, I sweat, I get anxiety. Part of that is pure irrationality and part of it is bad experiences with doctors in the past. But I knew something was off and that I needed to go see a doctor. I did a lot of research before going to see Dr. Rostamloo and every good review that I read was 100% accurate. Her office was clean and comfortable. Her staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. It was easy to book an appointment online and I was able to have my first visit without a long wait for availability. Dr. Rostamloo made me feel calm and comfortable talking about my concerns, listened to what I was saying and provided a quick plan of action to move forward. Any additional tests which I required were reviewed extremely quickly and I was able to speak with the doctor very soon after having them done. Now I can start getting my health on a better track and be comfortable knowing that I have the support I need from a good doctor. read more

Dr Rostamloo has been my doctor for last several years. First, I want to thank the caring, responsible, and hardworking office staff who would never leave any unanswered messages left on their answering machine. Honestly, this office has been the only office that I know will return my calls. Whatever I requested for my daughter or myself such as any authorization to be submitted to insurance companies, it was done either on the first day or the latest on the second day. Dr Rostamloo with her calm and smiling behavior creates the opportunity that I can express myself with no rush. The cleanness, colors, and happy environment is remarkable when you enter this office. Dr. Rostamloo is very kind, patient and knowledgeable! She listens carefully and answers your questions without rushing you. Unlike most doctors she doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests. The staff are also very professional and welcoming. They normally give you an appointment in the next few days and their online check-in system is so good. I never had to wait for hours in her office and overall I haven't had such good experience with my previous doctors. read more

I have never been to a more apathetic & dismissive doctor in my life! I don't get all the information or care. Same happened with my husband! I once walked in & she spent less than one minute with me. I had questions & concerns & she just walked out. This has happened twice now for me. I get information from the receptionist. Horrible! Do not go here! Long story short, she takes forever to refer you to specialists that actually know what they are doing. I finally was able to make my appointment with the spine specialists I needed to see (about 5 months later) and am now switching PCP Doctors! Ive been having very bad back pain, which is due to a severely herniated disk (L4/L5) which we later found out by doing an MRI. I told her my medical history and how 10 years ago I got diagnosed with a herniated disk and was having the same pain. She refused to put in a request for an MRI until I completed 6 physical therapy sessions. Yet, she and her office staff told me on separate occasions that I had been referred to PT yet when I called my insurance I came to find out I was never referred. She also took forever to refer me to a spine specialist and when I was finally referred to one, I let her know that I was dissatisfied with her service, she said "its not like the specialist is going to do anything different, they will either give you a cortisone shot or do surgery". A cortisone shot is what I wanted the entire time! read more

After my wife saw Dr. Rostamloo, the office staff handed me a prescription with a doctors name on it and a phone number. There was no address and the prescription did not stipulate the doctors specialty. I asked at the desk what the note was for. The office staff said to just call the doctor. I asked why. The office staff said that after a certain age a cardiac consult was required. She had gone to dr. Rostamloo for a pre-op EKG. I informed the office staff that the script stated NOTHING about a cardiac consult and had no information as to who the second doctor was or WHY I should call him. They seemed mystified that I would even ask. I called the secondary doctors' office and they had no idea why I would be calling, so I went back to doctor Rostamloo and asked what was going on and why I was given this doctors name and phone number. I then saw an EKG which I assumed might belong to my wife, since no one had mentioned it. Then doctor Rostamloo gave me the EKG with a computer interpretation of abnormal. Was the study repeated even once, NO. My wife is asymptomatic in every way and exhibited a benign EKG. I can still understand a follow up which we are now doing under the auspices of a physician who has the ability to communicate and the civility to consider it responsible to do so. Completely reprehensible treatment,....even when I asked they showed no ability to grasp WHY I would be asking for the obvious explanation. read more

I Went to her a couple of months ago for a physical and a breakout I was worried about and never received my results nor a follow up phone call, I had to call them and was told everything was normal and that's why they never called me. They never addressed the reason I came in to begin with or suggested any other tests. Yet she's billed me as if they provided some sort of service? Stay away. read more

Had my first visit here recently and am very happy! Dr. Rostamloo actually listened to me and the front desk staff was really helpful and sweet. Office is modern and clean and conveniently located in a medical center with a diagnostics lab in the building for quick blood work, etc. Underground parking with validation is free for 90 minutes I believe! read more

Just got back from my visit with Dr. Rostamloo. She was very efficient and was able to reassure me right away that my fears were for naught. The staff was great: courteous, responsive, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that even though I was there on time and was the first patient on the afternoon schedule, I did have to wait just under an hour for her to see me. Patient should not be told what's wrong with them or given results by front desk staff, esp when they can't properly answer your concern regarding your results. I try to stick to one healthcare provider out of convenience. However, this office can't even make that easy. Luckily I don't get sick often, but even then so I have found her to hardly be available. Doctor lacks bedside manner and concern for patients. Shes very rude and doesn't like you ask her questions or your concerns. I booked an appointment with the office, then when I arrived at the office the front desk staff were not able to verify my insurance information. After making me wait for almost 45 minutes they turned me away and did not take me in for my appointment and said I will have to re-schedule again! She hardly made eye contact and gave as little care as possible. Horrible bed side manner with no concern for her patients. I waited 45 minutes to see her and she spent less than 10 minutes and faced her computer most of our visit. Dr. Rostamloo has been my, now 98 year old, mother's physician for several years. She was originally assigned to my mom by another doctor when mom was a patient at Glendale Adventist Hospital. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she has been. She's reasonable and sensible about caring for the needs of someone my mom's age. Always, ready to listen and give her advice/opinion. My mom has been blessed to be able to call Dr. Rostamloo her Primary Care Physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Rostamloo to anyone that's looking for a Primary Care Internist. read more

I don't trust her nor will I ever go back to her office. She's not a good doctor and I'm sure she pays all these people to write good reviews for her. If you need to go to her office for a checkup related to disability she'll fail you without a doubt and say everything is fine when she knows you're not. The first time I saw Dr. Rostamloo I really liked her. For my second visit I brought up a concern that I had seeing as I am a pretty healthy person. She brushed it off and said "if that happens again let me know and we can refer you." When it happened, i called her office several times asking to speak to her and was never allowed to. Next thing you know I get a call from my pharmacy that I had a prescription ready for pick-up. Come to find out, she put in a prescription for a medicine without even letting me know. Dr Rostamloo is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I am a nurse and deal with doctors all the time trust me when I saw she is great. She has been my fathers doctor for 10+years. We switched to Dr. Rostamloo after being with a horrible doctor that my mom's new insurance automatically assigned to her. This doctor is like a breath of fresh air compared to the other one. She listened to all of us and instantly gave us referrals and things we needed.
