We love Dr. Webber and have been working with him for the past 3-4 years. The staff at that time was very courteous and attentive to the patients needs, however the staff has changed over the years and they have not find the right person to run the place, medications are not refilled on time (my husband sees the Dr. every 6 months) lab orders are not entered on time, several times this has happened several times, this past weekend same thing happened labs were not ordered even though it was said they were. It's so sad that the practice is being held back by the staff.

With covid and how things are run differently now, communication is KEY! Peggy sent me all the health forms that needed to be completed in a timely manner via email. She was wonderful at responding to my emails, and she made things so easy! They went out of their way to see me in person in a really short notice as my visit required necessary clearance for my nursing program. They only have certain days for appointments but she made an exception for me as my work schedule conflicted with their in-person office visits. Peggy also sent me my labs on a Saturday as I requested if she could send it to me as soon as they receive it.. they are closed on Saturdays and she did that for me (I am so grateful!). I also want to say that I drove from Monterey Park to Dr. Horowitz's office on a Friday during the time that there is so much traffic (traffic alone in this area if you already know is hideous) but I would do it again!
