They're so hard to get a hold of and after two weeks of waiting and attempting to contact them after my appointment I found out they ran the WRONG TEST. And when I told them it was wrong they insisted it wasn't and that it was "the same thing" as what I requested- I knew that was NOT the case but decided to verify by googling it and a SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH proved them WRONG! A complete waste of time and money! Impossible to get ahold of and incredibly incompetent staff. I'll definitely be disputing ANY charge they attempt with my insurance and will be reporting them to my insurance and whatever other entity I can because this is NOT acceptable! Honestly if they had just been more responsive early on I wouldn't be this riled up but since they kept me waiting for TWO WEEKS and I was unable to get ahold of them I'm so riled up. I'll be doing my research (something they're clearly unable to do) and reporting them to my insurance by filing a grievance and reporting them to whoever else I can. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS! I paid for my lab test at the clinic and later got a bill from the lab saying the invoice was never paid (meaning the clinic never paid them, even though I paid the clinic). I called and they said they were taking care of it. They asked me to send them my payment record because they didn't have a way of pulling it up themselves, which is wild. Months later I received another letter from the lab saying the bill still had not been settled and they were sending the payment to collections which would affect my credit score. They also sent me the incorrect imaging form multiple times. I needed an ultrasound and they sent me one for a mammogram. I flagged it and they sent me a new one but it still said mammogram. The info for what kind of imaging I needed came from them, so I really don't understand how they kept on getting that wrong. Just really poor attention to detail. It took multiple emails and calls just to get the right order. They also email you but don't check for your replies. I've had to call to follow up on emails. They also gave me the results to my imaging three different times. It was the same result, but somehow they hadn't recorded that they already gave them to me, so every several weeks they would call me to give me the same result. All of these issues stemmed from one visit if you can believe that.

After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

Within seconds of getting on the phone Dr. Ghazarian began shouting at me, saying he can't take care of me because I haven't been in his office in person for years. I tried to explain what was going on and he continually spoke over me. It was shocking and unprofessional. Dr suk became our physician when we came to usc verdugo hills hospital for her hip surgery. (Because she got a hip fracture) After her surgery, doctor suk recommended us to put her at la crescenta hills nursing home and she got really sick there... she had to come back to usc verdugo through ER. She came here on 25th of June 2021, placed at ICU(intensive care unit) for 5days. During theses days and even now I NEVER SAW Dr.Suk. After 5days at ICU( intensive care unit) Doctor rajiv Philip (head of ICU doctor) and doctor suk(over the phone) said since my grandma's condition got better we can move back to regular unit. That was on 30th of June. When i visited her 1st of july, her condition was really good. All her Doctors said she was doing very well and we only have few days to go back home with her. On 2nd of July she was diagnosed as pneumonia. Doctor suk now is on Fourth of July trip so we can't get connect to him. He just sends dr haimakyan who doesn't think my grandma will live long enough.. who has no passion for a poor patient..who is only filling hours for dr.suk. and you know what i just found out.. Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.

This place was my favorite until I encountered overt, blatant racism for the first time from a…read moremember of the medical team, who made rude comments about my accent, didn't complete the physical exam, and looked for any excuse to disqualify me from the study. After that, I filed a complaint, and this doctor (a member of the medical team) began to interfere with my participation in the study in every way possible. I signed up for a screening, and when I arrived, I was informed that I was ineligible to participate in screenings until I provided certain documents. When I provided these documents, they promised to call me back, but they didn't until I did so myself. When I called back, they said, "These documents aren't valid" (even though I provided exactly what they asked for). What's the point of asking for documents if they don't apply? Why promise to call back and then not do it? When I asked, "Why did you ask for the documents if they don't apply?" the employee said they would "check with the managers," and they suddenly came over. All of this happened while they were enrolling in a high-paying study, and it was clearly the doctor's attempt to harm me and prevent me from participating in it as retaliation for my complaint. When I tried to resolve the issue with someone in management, they simply ignored the comments about racism and the doctor's apparent retaliation as if they didn't exist, merely saying, "But we've accepted your paperwork, and you can now participate in the study." If you encounter anything similar, don't hesitate to file a complaint at Compliance@parexel.com Also, the California Department of Civil Rights, the Medical Board of California, and the FDA. The management at this place isn't interested in providing equal access to all participants, and any attempts to achieve fairness are punished. Don't waste your time.
