My brother just bought the used 2014 genesis 2.0t red and he got rip off sales man lied about the car he told us that the car is in good condition so we got the car my brother brought it home and the brake fluid start leaking in driver's side caliper fuck this assholes taking advantage of people worse experience ever! We don't recommend it, it's not fair for people who's looking for reliable car and this sales man still sales a broken car! Plus that white sales man didn't give the lug nut key

Now as someone who's used to buying cars for cash in random parking lots from strangers I met on the internet, I've always been skeptical about buying from dealerships. Steven was keenly award of my skepticism. He was also very patient with the fact that I brought an entourage to buy a 16 year old used Lexus. There was no hard selling and usually my antics do not go over well with salesmen. Additionally, my bargaining style usually doesn't make me many friends but Steven and his team were consummate professionals. 10/10 would return.

Yesterday we needed to buy the most basic thing you would buy in an auto parts store . My partners…read moreneeded washer fluid. She did decide to go in herself. It seemed pretty straightforward. I recommend it to her that we buy 20/10 concentrated washer fluid. this is an extremely well-known product. It's has no dyes in it. The parts agent at the desk told my partner. "He had never heard " of it and that they did not have it in stock and sold her some premixed washer fluid which is fine. I use that fluid it in my own car, but it wasn't what we asked for. His response to her was he had never heard of it and they did not have it instead of looking it up like they do for almost every customer. Who's looking for a fuse or a brake pad, or anything else . When she got back to the car, I checked on the website and it was in stock at that store, so I decided to go in and just ask him about it. It wasn't too busy in the store, and I thought it would be ok. He's a man of my age. Who's likely worked around vehicles for a long time. He was wearing a Safeway hat, which I thought was kind cool in its own way. Because there was someone ahead of me. I decided to get the part, which was displayed in the back of the store clearly, with the other two brands of washer fluid. I waited for the agent to become available. He took someone ahead of me who had went out to their car and was coming back, which which happens at these stores. When it was my turn to get to the counter, I showed him the white bottle of 20 10 fluid and said to him gently that I wanted him to know that the product was in stock, and it was our first choice. His response was. He said he did not know had the product and it was in stock but he did not say to me he had "never heard" of the product. Which would've surprised me if he had not. I told its concentrated, and therefore, it's easier to store, for the long-term use His response to my comment after showing the product was not defensive and therefore somewhat favorable. He said, I would have to mix this product with water, and I told him we can get water. I can't say this was a five star experience because we weren't able to buy a product that was on in the shelf on the store, but I do think his reaction was good, and I appreciated it. I would be happy to go back there again when went and if they need a rises.
