I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock. Our car locked itself at the airport this morning when we were dropping off our guests. The car was running and their bags were locked inside. Who knew the car thought we were inside because it was running? After a phone call Jay showed up quickly and got the car opened up. So grateful for the service!! read more

Great service at a great price, we highly recommend. Super fast and a seasoned pro! Showed at with with in a hour of the call.

My car wouldn't start and I was stranded at Costco. The boys pulled right up to my car to check my battery's voltage and give me a jump! They were so kind and very happy to help. Would definitely use their services again. read more

The entire process of needing auto assistance can be super stressful. Fortunately, Pop a Lock and Co was super about communication and service throughout the process. I connected with them through my roadside assistance service. Within 20 minutes we were back on the road and on the way to a new battery. We called for service, the driver and their dispatch were both on the line with me on the way to help us, and as we pulled onto to road after service. My kiddos were super calm when they saw the chameleon mascot too! Give them a call when in need. They are island wide. read more

Our baby was locked in our rental car. Pop-A-Lock Maui dropped everything and raced over. They were opening the car door before they even spoke to us. Great guys, super professional, and represented that Shaka spirit that makes Maui so special. Can't thank them enough. read more

Guys were there in less than an hour, super nice had a key and made me a second on site. Thank you guys so much real life savers and open on the weekends which as I am not a tourist the weekends are the only time I have off so it was great that they were open unlike other companies on island. (Also the guys wore masks and were very kind and personable) read more

Addition to Tonielle's yelp: I am that friend that was with her. The 2 guys are local to the island. They have their gadget to pop the lock which is super cool. We only waited 15mins till they arrived and only toke 3-5mins to complete their job. Awesome job guys! You save the day! I wish I could a picture of you guys in action. read more

I called Pop-A-Lock to get a new key fob I bought online programmed. The guy who answered the phone was very well trained and answered my questions and scheduled me really quickly and within an hour they arrived in their shiny new van. Both guys are local boys and very easy to talk and have some laughs (about tourists of course) with. It was $125 to program my fob and it took about 10 minutes. Five stars for answering the phone, giving me great service and for being cheaper than the Jim Falk dealership. read more

These guys were amazing. They were both very fast and helpful. Excellent service, will contact them again next time.

I should have done this MONTHS ago! In July, I was rushing to my nephews wedding reception (had a 2 year old, my 82 year old mother and a trunk load of haupia!!! ready) and the car did not start. The battery died. I called desperately (again, they had helped to jump me the day before). The office manager (e kala mai that I forgot her name) was AWESOME! She was patient and compassionate -hearing me panic LOL. The response was quick. They were here upcountry within thirty minutes. They were professional and the guys did everything to assure me of assistance. The office called back right away to check on me and to follow up. I MORE than recommend their service. They did everything with true ALOHA. read more

If I could give them 100 stars I would. My other half and I were at Ka'ahumamu mall when we noticed that we locked ourselves out and a spare key is non existent. So I called Pop-A-Lock and the guy was super friendly. They showed up in just 5 minutes & opened our door in 3 minutes. Quick & No damage done whatsoever, I would definitely call them next time I need help. Mahalo nui Al & Jay!!! :) read more

My husband and I locked ourselves out of our rental car with our one year old daughter napping inside. The air conditioner was on, but it was still a nightmare situation. Pop-A-Lock answered immediately and had us back into our car within 15 minutes. My daughter slept through the entire event! We are so thankful to Pop-A-Lock for their compassion, thorough communication, and professionalism. They came through for our family in an emergency. read more

Pop-A-Lock Maui was sent to help me get into my seeming impenetrable fortress of a box truck...the handle mechanism stopped working. I seriously thought we were going to have to break one of the windows, and I think they thought that too for a minute. Ten minutes later, we were in! They seriously saved the day, and in record time! I can't say enough positive about these guys. EXCELLENT service, fast, and really nice guys to deal with. . Two thumbs way up! read more

They are very friendly and professional. When you have an emergency during the weekend daytime, they respond quickly by calls. I was lucky that my car was stuck in front of my friend's house so I don't mind the small wait. They asked the security questions and give you estimated time of arrival. Payment was simply credit card or cash. When they arrived, they came in by company car which is easy to spotted them on the road. I feel comfortable and safe. read more

The only reason I am giving this wonderful business 5 stars is because the Yelp website doesn't let you give 6 stars out of 5. They came quickly on a Sunday night, when pretty much no one else was available. They got me into my locked car in under three minutes and they were extremely nice. Just super service. read more

These guys are lifesavers! We left our keys in the car after a beautiful day at the beach. They arrived within 15-20min of calling them and popped open the door in less than a minute! No damage to the car! Highly recommended! read more
