We lost our keys on the beach and I happened to have the spare in the trunk. Aloha Lock and Safe showed up in a ridiculously short amount of time, under 10 minutes. They did inform me over the phone that they don't unlock the trunk, and why they don't, and that info was understood and appreciated. As long as they could get the door open, that was fine, we could open the trunk from there. He got the job done quickly and before you know it, we were on our way. I later went hunting for the lost key, and when I gave up, I called and asked if they do specific key replacement services, since I wanted to give him more business. They don't do what I needed, but Aloha Lock and Safe graciously referred me to the business who could, and that was also greatly appreciated. My husband locked out rentals car keys in the trunk. I was made to prepay 140.00, he was not skilled enough to get the trunk unlocked but I had to pay anyway. I was told by aloha lock and safe to call valley aisle locksmith and had to pay them 150.00 but he was able to get the keys out within minutes. Do yourself a favor and call valley aisle locksmith first so you won't have to pay aloha lock and safe for nothing. read more

I called at 7 pm on Sunday because they say 24/7 service and I was locked out of my house. The guy answered but said no one would come until 7am the next morning and that I should call them then. Did they really expect me to stay outside overnight for 12 hours!? My phone would have been dead by morning and I wouldn't have been able to call back in the morning even if I was willing to sleep on the porch. Why say 24/7 service if that is clearly not the case? Where do I start!? Jim provided the most professional, honest & most economical service!! My husband & I lost our keys at Kamala Beach a day before and we were resigned to pay the $250 car rental key charge & $100 for the lost condo rental key! Another lock smith whom didn't have time for me referred us to Jim! I called him at 230p on a Saturday (his day off) I explained the situation. Which was that we had a flight to catch & he was our last hope. Side note we had also contacted a guy that does metal detection in the beach but he couldn't help either. My two-year-old son locked himself in the bathroom of our vacation rental!!! I had no clue how to open the door nor did I have any tools! With my Husband out on an errand, the only thing I could think of was to use bobby pins.
