Was a little nervous calling Kevin given some of the reviews, but needed help desperately. Got to our condo from the Mainland and realized I had left our keys to the owners closet at home -- unfortunately closet has all of our clothes, food and importantly our car keys in it. I think that the bad reviews came from local competition trying to tarnish Kevin's reputation. I had the best experience with Kevin. My son and I were locked out of my rental car at a hotel we were visiting, and he came very promptly. It turned out that my key was missing so he offered to drive us back to my hotel and he also offered to pick us up in the morning and take us back to my car. The next morning Kevin called me and asked if he could bring us back to the car. I ended up finding my spare and everything worked out. I am very greatful that Kevin took such good care of my son and I. He went above and beyond the service I was hoping for. Thank you Kevin. read more

Very unprofessional service. He could not get my car started which he blamed my car for... Then tried to charge me $120 for a key that doesn't start my car. This guy is a scammer, please beware! I filed a police report against him and apparently I'm not the first person he's done this to... Had to find another locksmith who started my car in less than 5 minutes. To those of you in need of lock service: DO NOT use Locknroll Maui! Having our truck keys stolen in the break-in on Christmas Eve, we were in dire need of changing the truck locks to prevent it from being stolen. We called locknroll Maui, who sounded knowledgeable in the chip system. So we put our trust in him. He did change the ignition, but then the next 2 days were spent waiting for him with no communication. We had to hound him to find out if he was coming. And NOW he has left us with a torn apart truck door that won't open & said he just can't do it!!!!!!!! Not only that, but 2 other lock services won't even touch any of his work! Kevin was prompt in returning my call; polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and came out twice without charging extra. His price for two locks was just a few dollars more than another quoted me for just one lock. I called LOCK N ROLL from California , I schedule an appointment for Monday, September 12 in Maui I flew to Maui on the 11th I had called this man two times to confirm the appointment he told me no problem he for sure would be there on the 12th at 10 o'clock I waited till about 1130 and I called him , he barely remembered talking to me everything that he had told me about the lock he was going to put on my door was completely different, then he told me he was driving and soon as he got home he would look at his notes and call me back he never called me back even if he did now I wouldn't even answer I do not want a person like this to work for me and put something as important as a lock on my door his whole website is a completely fraudulent do yourself a favor do not call this guy he lies read more

This guy is a rip off. Although he was able to program my key, he is very unprofessional. He also drained my car battery, when I just replaced it so I know it was perfectly fine before he touched my car. Yes he was able to program my chipped key. No he wasn't able to copy my cut key from the dealer, proceeded to blame the dealers cut key when it worked. If he asks to meet up with you again to finish the job DONT GIVE HIM MONEY. He fucked up and buried himself in excuses and blame games.
