I had a guy roll into my rear bumper at a stop light. He said his foot slipped off the brake. His insurance covered the repairs. It needed the rear bumper sanded and painted and a new rear diffuser. I recently got my car back from auto body shop and found they charged me twice as much as said. charged me for parts they didn't use including a new hood(which today they admitted to).possibly falsified an insurance claim.cause more damage to my car, then made me pay for it(hammer and screwdriver to my door), while I told them not to. the list goes on. my car is brand new and now isn't going to be worth anything because of these guys. I'm currently hiring a lawyer as well as police, and BBB. This company is crooked and does terrible work. If you like your vehicle, I highly suggest going anywhere else!!! read more

Studio auto body did a superb job in repairing some fairly substantial damage to the rear panel of my car which was damaged by a hit run in a shopping mall parking lot. The large dent and scrapes are long gone. Took a few weeks for parts to arrive, but car was drivable until parts arrived as damage was primarily cosmetic. Shady and unresponsive. I clearly communicated that I had a breathalyzer in the vehicle before taking it to the shop. The shop said they could handle it and will have it shut off before they work on the vehicle. I pick up the vehicle 3 days later and I was almost locked out of my vehicle. I had to run over on a Friday night to get my car unlocked after Studio Auto Body said "we just covered the camera on it and blew". Which is illegal and resulted in me paying and additional $100 to get it unlocked and waiting over two hours to get it unlocked. To this point, Studio Auto Body has been unresponsive and has shown no sign of caring for their illegal actions that resulted in me spending more money. read more

I got hit in the Wal Mart Parking. And due to Covid there were only a few shops I could choose from. A friend had recommended Studio Auto Body so I said okay I'll try it. They were all very nice, and tried to make the process as easy as possible. There were a few bumps along the road but they literally went above and beyond to MAKE IT RIGHT! I truly appreciate that. They were all very understanding and so helpful. I don't think I was the easiest customer to deal with but they were so patient and kind through it all. They made sure that when I picked up my car that I was completely satisfied and they detailed my whole car inside and out! Do not take your car here. They quoted one week and it took 3. Also the hood was not perfectly aligned after they replaced the front bumper section. They apparently lost my front license plate......it was removed but not replaced. Poor communication. Lots of excuses ......go elsewhere. read more

Had a small fender-bender with my Tacoma. Called the dealer, was advised they have all their body work done here. I made an appt for the estimate inspection and Jeremiah took 4-5 pictures with his mobile phone and said he'd call next day with a quote. Two days passed, I had to call to get quote. Price was about what I expected so authorized the repair. Two week passes, no updates so I called, was advised it was ready. I uber'ed myself to the shop only to find out it wasn't finished. They had me confused with another customer. That day one guy said they were waiting for me to authorize additional repairs found after work began (couple hundred bucks). But then when another guy looked at the papers he said there wasn't add'l work, hey were just waiting on those parts. So they were kind enough to give me a ride home and then deliver my truck to my work when it was done but I was still out my tome and the uber fare. The work done was satisfactory (looked new) but they lost my wheel lock key so i had to drive back there for them to get those off and they credited me $30 for new ones In summary, employees were always courteous, the work seems satisfactory but their internal controls and processes suck. It's clear they do not have proactive measures in place to ensure good communication among their employees and do not offer a smooth, hassle-free service experience. read more

I stopped by Studio today to have them look at some scratches that I had in my paint. I was concerned about swirling because it is a very nice black paint job, so everything shows on it. Matthew helped me. He was super accommodating, knowledgeable and confident that he could handle the job without any issues....and that he did! Paint looks like new and he took great care of me. While I sat in the waiting room, I also listened to the reception person taking time to very thoroughly describe the step by step process of repair for a lady who apparently had front end damage to her vehicle.
