Nice environment, tastefully decorated, limited seating, but with the right variety: small tables, larger ones for small groups, a couch and chairs, or outdoor tables. I watched the barista prep my latte: shots pulled well and poured quickly, right amount of flavor, steamed milk just right, slightly frothy but not foamy. Nicely done. Karma Coffee is off my normal path, but when I plan to meet someone in Northwest Omaha, or want to enjoy a good latte when I'm in that neighborhood, I won't hesitate to be back. read more

Stopped in mid-morning on a Monday and was surprised to see the place bustling! Some ppl were working, some socializing but it was quite busy but we had not problem grabbing a table. Was THRILLED to see Heavenly Waffles on the menu. LOVE those yogurt-protein waffles! One of my favorite parts of the cafe' are the chairs - all unique rustic mismatched wood...gorgeous! This place SERIOUSLY deserves all the stars! We tried it for the first time today and haven't stopped talking about how great it was all day. The vibe and ambiance was so warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. As we approached the register, we said we're first timers and not one, but two of the employees immediately welcomed us with such positive spirits and went over their menu and items they recommended. One of them recommended the zen chakra with oat milk. This was truly the most amazing hot drink ever! Definitely a must try! The goodness didn't stop there. We also got a waffle and a turkey sausage, egg and (extra) cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel and this was honestly the most delicious breakfast sandwich! The best part is that they use a REAL freshly cracked egg and none of those pre liquidated fake egg mixtures. They also get their bagels fresh daily from the Bagel Bin. Rare find of the perfect combo of excellent coffee, friendly staff and lots of breakfast options. This spot is right off the highway so easy access. Adorable on the inside with items for sale (coffee, honey, crystals, plants!) We found it on Yelp while in Omaha for work and it was so good we came twice! The second visit was 1000000% just to try the coffee flight. Yep, that's right! A choose your own, kind different kinds of coffee and tea kinda flight. I have never seen this as an option at another coffee shop so we were so excited to try and how awesome would this be if you were still learning your likes and dislikes of coffee?! Not only was the flight just fun, it ended up being a great chance for her to explain all their house made cold brew, whipped cream, turmeric coffee, one had lavender and we even did a tea each. My sister and I were in coffee heaven! I will add this to my MUST do every time I'm in Omaha and highly recommend to any other coffee lover. read more

I came here for the iced coffee flight and solely for the iced coffee flight. You can't yet find a coffee flight to this caliber in California, so I was excited to have this experience in Omaha. I was told that I could choose any 5 drinks on the menu (with the exception of blended drinks,) and they could be served either hot or cold. I opted for all iced coffees, as I am an iced coffee lover. Overall, I LOVED the presentation of the drinks on the board, although I'm sure "next level" embellishment for the coffees would go over really well, especially when there's a "topping" related to whatever specialty flavor coffee is being served. I really liked that the Omazing Chai was topped with cinnamon, and I'd love to see the Kosmic Krunch topped with something like brown sugar crystals, and the Dulce De Leche to be topped with caramel drizzle, or something like that to bedazzle it a little more. Same goes for the other varieties. I think those small embellishments would help draw a larger crowd to come try this tasty coffee flight. Overall, I enjoyed each of the drinks that I sampled. I probably didn't need to consume so much coffee to myself, but, you know, "when in Omaha..." The service was excellent. The staff was super helpful in helping me understand how the flight situation worked. I'd definitely return to do another flight of different varieties if I'm ever back in the area, and I'd love to try some of their other menu items as well! I love this place so much, I come here often and always tip and spend a good amount of money. But recently when I come in, this one cashier is always incredibly rude and cold, and i'm unsure as to why since I always come in and I am nice and I tip. I also don't have an overly complicated order imo. When I came in recently, she didn't greet me and when I said hi and she just stared at me. after I ordered she kind of just stared at me again awkwardly. as I am someone who works in the service industry, even if I was having a bad day at work, I would not be that weird to someone. everyone has bad days I get it, but it's becoming a frequent thing where she's always super rude and cold, and I have friends who have also commented on her attitude. the other staff there is really kind and I love them all!! I have never had a problem with any of them--I think they are great! the food and the drinks are amazing!!!! besides that one issue only, I love coming here and still will continue too, but I hope this girl gets her attitude in check read more

I stepped in for a quick breakfast before an appointment and tried their build-your-own Sammy. The flow of foot traffic was steady, but the drink orders were fast and Sammy's made fresh. They have many interesting menu options, and I tried the Zen Chakra (hot) which sounded particularly intriguing. The lavender-honey combination makes perfect sense for tea, but for a latte? You bet! This is my second office. Great internet. Great music always playing. The have a different flavored coffee everyday, which I enjoy. I am in the real estate/mortgage business and Karma seems to be the meeting place for everyone in my industry. It can get crowded in the morning so if you need a table get there early. They have a rewards program as well so sign up if you plan on going back. Good thing is you can just give them your name if you forget your actual rewards card. read more

The barista was friendly and ultra helpful and knowledgeable of the daily blends. I finally made it to this little coffee shop, really on accident! I was going to the Baker's there and saw it, so I had to go check it out! I had to go inside since they do not have a drive through. When you enter Karma Koffee, the atmosphere is really inviting and relaxing. They have really nice wooden tables and almost feels like I were to be inside of a cabin. Karma Koffee has a lot of options on their menu. You can pretty much get everything you can get at any other coffee place, but they also offer organic milk too! I ordered an iced sugar free mocha latte with soy milk. It was really really good! Their mocha reminds me much of Archetype coffee's mocha, except I could get a sugar free one here. The two baristas were very helpful and friendly too. Their friendliness paired with an awesome coffee equals a new go to place for coffee! I love this place! read more

AMAZING coffee and better customer service! I always go in the morning before school and it's so so good! I always order either a milk steamer with a pump of hazelnut or pumpkin, OR the French Toast Latter (hot or cold) Both are so good and insanely cheap! The baristas are the best in town, I've never once had, or known anyone who has had, a bad experience there. Adorable decor, and always playing great music. Charging station for phones/laptops etc, great study spot! The best thing about it is the neighborhood is a popular running spot, and they put out a dish for dogs so they don't overheat. It's a small gesture, but I know it's something many love! It's also locally owned, and has such a reasonable prices! It's also SO clean, and has now become a popular spot for my friend and I to stop and grab a drink in the morning. The ****bucks moved out because there was no drive through, however here service is super quick, I'm usually in and out if I'm in a rush, but the speediness in no way affects the quality of the drinks. read more

UPDATE. If your hoping for a great pastry with your coffee I would not suggest it. If you want a thick, super sweet, dry vegan donut you'll be happy. Coffee is still consistent though! I've been coming years since this place established. It's the best coffee drink as the coffee flavor comes through, balanced and not overly downing in milk. Love it's never overly sweetened. So besides a consistent perfect, balanced, flavorful coffee at Karma, they're spinach artichoke pastry is delicious warmed. The coffee itself was very good, not my favorite of all time, but very good. The baristas are helpful and animated and you leave the place feeling more energized than when you came in-- as much from the genuine and refreshing conversation as from the delicious caffeinated drink in your hand. Only giving 2 stars because of how good my drink was and how nice the cashier was. I got the omazing chi tea and my boyfriend got the French toast latte which both really popular and good drinks. We also decided on a pastry; first we said a blueberry muffin, the cashier asked us if we would like it warmed, we said yes. Before we even paid the other woman working plopped it in the microwave. They also had some samples out. So as we were ordering we tried them, we then changed our minds and wanted to order the sample we just tried. The other woman working who had JUST put the blueberry muffin in the microwave got very upset with us saying, "so you don't want the blueberry muffin?" Just staring at it in frustration and then asked us again before taking it out. We apologized and said we would pay for both if it was an inconvenience. After 26 minutes of waiting for a breakfast sandwich my husband asked if they were done yet. They were not. A few more minutes a lady rudley handed them to us saying they just now are done. I dont think she realized how long we were waiting. The sandwiches were horrible. My sandwich had the top of the bagel I ordered but the bottom was the bagel my husband ordered. Have been coming to Karma Koffee for a couple of years now. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a coffee, tea, smoothie and many other wonderful drinks hot and cold. I bring friends and they are always happy I introduced them to Karma Koffee. A nice place to meet others for pleasure or business with lots of tables. They have great food too! Today, I stopped by because Jeff, the owner, was offering a free drink to veterans. So, I ordered my usual and it was wonderful as usual. I also ordered a really fresh breakfast sandwich which really hit the spot! The staff here are knowledgable and friendly. Easily my favorite place in Omaha. Since Starbucks moved across the street, it has not been as convenient for me to get a good espresso or latte. I decided to give Karma a try based on the one review and local press. The layout has not changed much (why change it?) except for the missing sales displays for coffee beans, cups, grinders, makers, newspapers, etc. That is a good thing as you can now walk freely to your barista. I liked the decor - for West O it was fresh and welcoming (think Scooters before they franchised). And, the staff is friendly I ordered a medium latte with an extra shot to go. This was very good. Their espresso has a nice deep roast with smoky flavors; not burnt. They have pastries from Petite, though I didn't order any. But I know Petite is good. I would recommend Karma to anyone in the vicinity. read more

I love this place so much! I stay in Omaha for the summer during college, so I've been trying to find a coffee shop that's on par with the one by my university. Unfortunately, they are not that many to choose from in W Omaha. I finally checked out this place in the beginning of the summer. The staff are so nice here! For me, you don't have to strike up a conversation. A simple hello and thank you is all good for me. The staff ask about your day and such, and also showed me their rewards card. The coffee? Oh my god, I love it. I've sworn off Starbucks unless it's absolutely necessary and this place isn't open. At Karma, they've never gotten my order wrong and it's amazing everytime.
