For them it is a big deal to substitute fries with salad . I asked to substitute fries with salad and they did not and brought the order , after I told the waitress that I could pay extra for substituting the fries she brought the salad (very ridiculous). Their showerma was not good at all it tasted more like a chicken sandwich . read more

They have the same restaurant in Armenia and Ive heard a lot of good things about it, but here you guys HAVE TO hire people who speak English. The lady who is answering the phones is 0 in English , cant talk at all can not understand what I want she told me that my order will be delivered in 20 hours lol I guess she meant min., though it felt like 20 hrs as I got the food after an hour .Please change your stuff and get a better customer service. read more

Food taste was good but the wait time for the food was insanely long. We were a party of 5, 4 of us got our food and had to wait over 30mins for our last meal! They need to cook the meals faster. read more

We were sitting and waiting for the food about 40 min !! a worker comes to us apologized that our order is late and told us its on its way!! another 10 min and I was about to leave !!! The manager came to us and apologized in a nice way ! that the girl who works there she's new !! We get itt its a new place but before u open up a business u need to train your workers . First time there, food was delicious. Service was great. Very generous food portions, great prices and value. Definitely coming back.

We had to wait more than one hour. Other tables who came way after us had their food, paid n left. It just depends if you the manager or somebody there. Horrible experience. read more

Just ordered a takeout pepperoni pizza and it was ready on time. Was feeling under the weather so had trouble speaking but nice lady (owner maybe) was patient. Took it home and ate most of it in record time as it was delicious! New York style similar with great sauce and cheese. Reasonable price too. Now I'm curious about the Greek food items. Will definitely go back! read more

Amazing food and friendly staff, this place reminds me of Armenia, the presentation, the menu, in short it feels like home. Very authentic

Amazing Lula kabab! We had both chicken and beef and it was very juicy and delicious. Baglan was an amazing server, he took very good care of us. Definitely coming back here again! read more

I went to Karas with my sister and cousin on 4/13, around 6 PM. We ordered summer salad, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, round potatoes, meat Lule kabob wrapped in lavash. As soon as my sister who is an awesome cook tried the scrambled eggs with tomatoes, she mentioned they used can tomatoes instead of Fresh tomatoes...taste was horrible, it was runny and hardly you could spot eggs....only white dots. We ate anyway, because we were so hungry. Lule was whatever, had better ones. Salad was very good the two star is for salad! We confirmed the waitress, she replied I will let the management know. Charging for extra bread....is insane in Armenian restaurant? Had coffee with eclair and berry tart, very soggie and the taste was awful, don't know how long they had them? Anyway the only pros....it's a prime location and nice decor! Service was not to par, needs lots of improvements. All three of us walked out unhappy I wanted to take rest of my family there, but no chance!!!! I don't think will ever go there again!!! read more

The food was terrible, I have been there several times, and I almost try everything, but everything was disgusting, the meat looks like spoiled , By the way, there are few types of foods that they make day ago , for example .the meet is not cooked ,the potato is old , looks like cooked days ago ,the only think is little normal is called SPAS . I don't recommend to go . read more

We went here for dinner on a Sunday night with two kids and I must say this place had the best customer service. Not to mention their food tasted homemade and very flavorful. The salad was fresh and the soup was made to perfection. I am planning on going there next week again. If you really want a touch of homemade food this place is where to go. I will highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. read more

Okay guys, I will pretty frank about this place. This is my third time dining in this place. The first time, I was not supper satisfied, the service was slow. But the management was very welcoming for feedbacks.... I went off with list of improvement (such as slow service and somewhat about the quality of some of the items on the menu). On my second visit, which was two weeks later, I started noticing quite lots of improvement in the service time, as well as quality improvement of some of the items on the menu.... I wanted to try this place for the third time, two weeks later, and this time there was noticeably drastic improvement in the quality of the food as well as the speed of the service. I have to give it 5 star for such in incredible amount of improvement over such a short period of time.... If you have had asked me about a month ago, I may have not recommend this place, but today, I highly recommend visiting this place and enjoy some quality food that this place has to offer. read more

Came back again to try it with the in-laws since they are a fan of the one in Armenian. We ordered a lot more different kinds of food this time just to get a feel on what the food is like. The food was much better than before. The burger patty needed some more salt or pepper it didn't have much flavor to it. I got the chicken sandwich and it was really good. I liked the aioli sauce was good. The staff was much better. Seems like that are reading the reviews and working on it. read more

Well, the costumer service was pretty good, but we ordered something and then it came and it looked nothing like what we ordered. Nothing like it. read more

A great restaurant in the heart of Glendale . Yes people complain about service being slow but cmon people take into consideration that it's a new spot with new workers and they are working on making it better . Food was great . I had the chicken noodle soup which was very delicious and shared the kebab wrap which was great quality meat. I have nothing bad to say about this spot . Good job guys keep it up . read more

Good service, fresh and tasty food and nice ambience! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Honestly the worst service ever! One of the girls had a very bad attitude problem. We sat down and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. We had to remind them to bring out our appetizers and we had to wait another 30-45 min for our food to come. read more

Great place to go for lunch and dinner. Delicious kitchen and excellent customer service! If you stop by try my favorite korovac khachapuri.

Worst customer service ever and also the food wasn't tasty at all. Don't spend your time and money....

Bad service. Cheating on delivery items. Didnt included what I paid for. Restroom had a disgusting smell. The food quality is at the same low as in Armenia read more

I've came here multiple times and it never disappoints. Food is always consistent. The menu is super easy to read with a variety of foods to choose from. They have these buttons on the table which alert the waiter when you need to order or receive the check which makes everything quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and makes sure they got your order right. Overall I've had an amazing experience everytime I've came. read more
