He didn't rush or cut any corners just because it was getting late, and I really appreciate the perfectionism and professional quality of the work! I am so glad I found this place, and even happier with the excellent service I received!! They have such a vast variety of wood, and I can see myself going back for a number of additional projects! I said Home Depot and Lowe's stand behind their product...a smart ads Indian or Pakistani guy was mocking me whilst telling me never in his 18 years did they take a defective product back. I asked to speak with the manager after having me wait 34 minutes the guy Keith Davis said because I cut they won't return it....if it was not for me cutting it I would not have known it was defective. I said I would complain to the state apparently others have said that and this Keith Davis there is no recourse. Spend a little extra and go to a reputable place like a lumber yard Home Depot or Lowe's. I am out $36 but they are out a customer because I had planned to buy 3 solid wood pre hung doors because I was happy with the other ones I bought...I like saving $$$ but nothing is worth shopping there.

The man who helped me through out the entire transaction was very helpful and honest, as this is the first time I've ever bought tile. Dishonest and high pressure sales tactics. I have a 3 fam that I rent out. One of my tenants…read morecomplained about not having heat. I made an appointment with Zoella for the next day. Upon arrival the tech called me and said my systems were so old they would not touch them. They said two were not working (which was a lie) and that I should replace all 3. They made a point to stress safety as their top concern and also said I would never be able to find parts. They quickly gave me a proposal and stressed that they needed to know right away to make it happen for the following week. All this despite having never even looked at my systems to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I was able to get another licensed heating company out the same day. The other company's tech confirmed that two of my systems were operating exactly as they should which was confirmed by my tenants. The unit that I called about needed a new transformer and it fired right up without issue and the tech confirmed all 3 units were operating safely. Zeolla operates akin to a dishonest mechanic or a surgeon doing unnecessary surgery, and these guys should be investigated. The worst part is that they were willing to let my tenant go without heat for an extended period of time in order to con me.
