The owner didn't seem to care about the repeated issues. At least they never reached out to help directly. They reimbursed us for one part but we ended up with a tub spout that doesn't match our faucets. I spent thousands and wish I went elsewhere.. The local showroom was set up nice and the workers were nice in person but it seems like they need more coaching on their products. I tried to buy local and it didn't work out.

I don't know about you, but I don't lift weights regularly, so expecting me to do this was ridiculous! I'm not ashamed to admit that when moving the bottom piece without the counter top, it was so heavy and hard to handle, that I cried getting it past our front door. If we had known, we would have made arrangements in advance for help! Maybe most people in the market for a vanity have a contractor who will do the heavy lifting, but isn't part of good customer service at least asking every customer the question?!
