I think this place might have closed. We stood outside from 9:00 to 9:08 and gave up!

I signed a contract yesterday but knew I had 3 days to cancel, which I decided to do because I want…read moreto get additional quotes from other companies. A day later, I took the cancellation form to the PO, only to be told that the address shown on the cancellation form (and which I copied correctly onto the mailing envelope) was not a deliverable address. The corporation is complex (Bath Remodel is one branch, and there are various local entities) and therefore it has been difficult to find someone who can address the issue. I finally found someone who agreed to notify my sales rep (who has not responded to my texts) and have sent photos of the cancellation form to both that person and my sale rep. (The rep asked me to write a review while in the meeting - I did not praise their work, only his performance, which was excellent.) I am giving the company a 3 because of the bad address on the cancellation form - inexcusable.

Outrageous cost, third party contracting workers. Had a bathroom remodel if that is what they call…read moreit. They brought in a soaker tub with walls replacing my old 3-wall alcove tub/shower. I bought pedestal sink, mirror, floor tiles, cove base and ceiling fan. The main worker spoke little English while the younger one did most of the talking. I had discrepancies after completion with drywall screws showing, sink mounting nuts loose, scratched/minor damage to floor tiles. The new lighted cabinet mirror could be plugged in or hardwired, they installed it with the plug coming out the bottom of the mirror and plugged into an outlet on another wall, hanging over my sink and leaving the rusted/old light unit above. I had to remove the cabinet mirror from the wall, cut the plug in cord, bought a replacement light for over the cabinet mirror and rewired them together and placed behind the wall for a cleaner look. New soaker tub makes the loudest sound when the tub drains but not when just using the shower. They tell me that is the way it is set-up. Called the company about my issues, they sent a project manager over who arrived a half an hour late. A day or two later they were sending a crew over to addresses my issues, I waited an hour after the time they were to show up before I left when they started to call me that they were there at my place. The company called me after to set-up another appointment time/day but I never responded because I wasted enough days on them with their lateness. So I will have to address these issues myself. So save your money and do not go through a company like this. I should have hired someone that has been doing work through friends/coworkers for a better/cheaper job. Because once they get paid in full, you are on your own. Charlie Chelsea, MA

We recently contracted Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom,…read moreand we could not be happier. From the initial design process with Danielle we felt at home with her guidance, and she made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)! If you are looking to have work done, look no further than NKB. We know that we will be using them in the future when needed, with no doubts about it.

Our design person was good; however, the installers were a problem. There were a number of glaring…read moreerrors throughout (scheduling, coordination, project management, install errors, did not follow the design plan, etc.). Completion took more than twice the time they estimated. Once completed, the electrical system would not function. We requested the issues be fixed so the kitchen could be functional, but Norfolk Kitchens refused. They acknowledged the electrical problems existed, but stated because they were not legally obligated to remedy their poor workmanship because it was "up to code". Apparently new electrical systems don't have to function properly to meet "code". In our instance, Norfolk Kitchens failed to do work to a standard that resulted in a workable kitchen. Very poor workmanship.
