I had a really good experience working with Aras (who I believe is based in their Hyannis location) submitting for a custom cut to make about 35' of poplar plate rail to sit atop some wainscoting I was putting up in my living room. I went back and forth with Aras a few times as he and his staff helped me refine my design, and he was patient and great. My delivery came on time all the way to Brookline, for free, from two courteous deliverymen. The wood was even higher quality than I expected and was easy to work with. My project came out perfectly and my neighbors have been complimenting me on it. I really recommend these guys, especially for any custom design millwork. read more

I bought an item too large to take home in my car, I paid for the item to be delivered the next day. I stayed home all day waiting for item. I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call. Anthony , that works in the shrewsbury location couldn't have been more helpful and informative. The project required me going to the showroom multiple times and Anthony was always able to answer all my questions and always with a smile. These guys were great! - They came out to measure everything we needed and provided advice on our home renovation - more than once. I wanted to do crown molding to my home and had multiple trips to HD and Lowes, but could not find right material. Next day molding had good quality material and I purchased from them and got delivered for free. They had other custom material that exactly matched for what i was looking for. I wish i would have visited them first. I think the price is about same as other stores, but these guys have lot of inventory. They came home for free estimate for installation, but the cost was very high. So, i just purchased material from them, got contractors from outside, and painted myself, which came under very reasonable price. But for material, i would definitely recommend the store. I had a fabulous experience with Next Day Moulding. I wanted to add crown moulding to my dining room, so I reached out to them for an in-home estimate. They were able to schedule it right away, I had a verbal quote on the spot and a written quote later that day. When I decided to move forward (on a Friday) they scheduled the installation for the following Tuesday, basically 1.5 business days later. If you are looking for trim, moulding, or millwork supplies then I would recommend Next Day Moulding. I went in there for the first time recently and the store was very clean, the staff was helpful, and best of all the prices were very inexpensive. Compared to a nearby Home Depot for a piece of crown moulding I was looking at, Next Day Moulding was approximately 25% cheaper on a linear foot basis. Couldn't be happier with Next Day Moulding. The staff was very helpful. To my surprise, the cost was actually lower than the local Home Depot and the quality of the wood is much better than that at the orange box store. I purchased about 250 sqft of boards and casing and I didn't have to worry about the quality at all. My first stop was actually to HD and the boards there are terrible. More than half the boards and moulding were either damaged or not straight. I highly recommend NDM. read more
