Even things such as "do you sell boxes" are met with a huff and a sigh. I asked what the largest one they had was, and I hear the phone slam down.... did you hang up? Did you die? They return and sputter out the size and I say "oh great, thank you," and then then they just disconnect the call. Cue the "confused girl in backseat of car" meme. Especially after Pandemic.... aren't you happy to be still up and running and selling things and running a business, or nah?

I went in the store around 4 PM and a lovely lady and a very nice gentleman helped me out as best as they could! They even let me take the tools and the bolts out to the bus to test them to make sure they fit before I bought them. they did a great job and went above and beyond to help me!! I like Lowe's. They have won eight consecutive Energy Star awards from 2003 to 2010, including four Energy Star Partner of the Year awards for educating consumers about the benefits of energy efficiency. They are a good corporate citizen and a good supplier for the DIY crowd. Easy place to shop.

Lowe's uses a 3rd party for deliveries just like their Homie competitor! The delivery companies…read morethey hire are so bad they can't even tell you their company name (or spell it)! I was to have a fridge delivered. Time off of work, as they give a 12 hour window! For the guy to call and say "hey we're 10 mins away, we've had other customers cancel cause of the rain, do you want the delivery? I said yes please." I proceeded to dump my fridge (that we were struggling to keep going as it was). They came, sat outside and had their "customer service" person call. Advising the truck in front of my house wouldn't deliver my fridge because it was raining and it could damage the fridge! Excuse me? The rain will damage my fridge? I should call GE and see if their fridges can hold up to the rain!!! Cause I called Toma and asked if they would deliver a fridge in the rain or would that damage the fridge? They said "NO that wont damage a fridge! My guys are out making deliveries as we speak! Let me guess you ordered from a big box store? They use 3rd party "companies" to do their deliveries. I've heard many of these stories!" I'd give a zero score if I could! If it is not delivered by tomorrow...I will 100% cancel and place my order with Toma! Should have done that to start with! Big stores don't care about customer service and it shows!
