I ordered the Las Vegas sushi Roll, Fried rice and Chicken Teppanyaki through Grub Hub because there was a coupon. It's Trash food. And almost inedible. Greasy, oily and flavorless, the "sushi" was sub par with fried seaweed to wrap the roll, dry and pre-made out of the refrigerator. It was just gross. No wasabi or ginger on the side. Save your money please go somewhere else! read more

Kaizen Sushi - Sushi Bars Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I felt the customer service was bad. This was the first sushi place I've been too that doesn't serve miso soup before. When my sushi finally came out I asked for eel sauce, but at that point I felt like I was asking for too much since it took about 10 minutes to get it, then took way longer just to see my waiter again to ask for the check. read more

This place definitely deserves five stars for the quality and consistency of their food and service. I discovered this new place by walking by in this plaza. It's conveniently located on Edgemere near Walgreens. The atmosphere is very modern, well decorated and clean. The employees here are so kind and are always welcoming. My fav item thus far here is their Poke bowl. The poke is always fresh. I love how you can customize it by your choice of 2 or 3 meats; salmon, tuna (spicy or regular), shrimp, eel, etc., and whatever else you desire from their selection. The regular serving was more than enough for me. I couldn't imagine finishing their large bowl. My husbands favorite menu item are their bone-in wings. They are Jumbo size and flavored to perfection. We've literally came here 3 weekends in a row just so hubby and I can get our fixes. We will be back of course! read more

Really good sushi and service the best one is the hulk I love it.! Also the alitas taste amazing Hulk Roll read more

So the place is really nice with a really handsome dragon painted and the vibe was chill. Nice ambience and furniture. My mom and I loved the music they were playing too. I got a poke bowl and it was huge! I was able to choose whatever I wanted to put on it and it was very filling. My mom got the lunch special and also got a lot of food for what she ordered and she loved it as well. They were really nice and welcoming and answered all our questions of what the food was made of and overall recommend 10/10 for food, service, price and staff read more

My favorite sushi place! I've tried all the fried rolls and I honestly can't pick my favorite cause they're all so good. My go to is the bacon supreme roll and the kaizen fried roll. I also recommend the kani cheese as an appetizer. Great service dine in. Because of COVID-19 we've been ordering for delivery and pickup with Uber eats. It's super easy and there's never any issues with our orders. read more

We ordered a couple rolls and the veggie tempura. Food was average for a casual place, but reasonably priced and good portions. read more

Based on the reviews my son and I decided to give it a shot. We ordered the crazy dragon roll and the califronia roll which were both good. My son ordered the chicken teriyaki with noodles and it tasted like something you would buy at Walmart and reheat. Over all the sushi was good. read more

One of the best sushi spots in El Paso, TX. Highly recommend and good prices! Cheap beer too

I really like their poke bowls, they let you pick 2-3 proteins. Rice or salad then a variety of toppings. I usually get the poke bowl with 3 proteins and it's very filling, it's huge. I usually save the rest for later. Very much worth the price! read more

Amazing food and service, Beto was excellent at recommending dishes, will be making this our regular sushi spot.

Never disappointed when ordering from kaizen . I especially like the spicy chicken soup !

My husband and I have had sushi from here about 8 or 9 times and they never disappoint. The sushi burritos are sooo good. The customer service is always on point no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend you giving this place a try. read more

The restaurant was spotless, and it appeared to be family-owned, which I value in a business. However, given that sushi is supposed to be fresh, the food was not the best and the imitation crab tasted like it had the wrong chemicals added to it. Customer service was adequate. I had to wait for a while, but I appreciate the waiter and her apologies. I won't be back, but I'm glad I was able to support a great community business, and if you have a family and don't mind mid-tier food that's good enough for an outing...this is a good place to visit. read more

I've done a ton of food deliveries from this place so I finally decided to try it for myself. Staff is friendly. I do like the decor and the 90s alt rock playing is a nice touch. The Kani cheese was by far the best thing we had. The spicy ranch really pulled the dish together. The fried veggie tempura was great. Hard to mess that up. The potstickers came out cold so that was kinda a bummer. But at least they made us fresh ones when we told them. The Kaizen fried roll was good. My only issue with it was the tempura shrimp might still have had the tails attached. Which is fine if u dont batter over the tails so I know not to eat them. Some tips for that 5th star: I shouldn't have to ask for wasabi, it should just be brought out or at least offered. Make sure your potstickers are cooked all the way. And make sure the tails on shrimp are either easy to see or just cut them off. Will recommend, will return.... read more

I ordered through the Grubhub app. Once the food got home, the presentation was nice. Once my family and I started to eat, all we where able to say was wow, it's the first time that I was able to get sushi that was very close in flavor and consistency as the sushi i ate when i was in Tokyo. The food was great. I want to go and eat at the restaurant. read more

Sushi is ok. Customer Service is Horrible. Really bad attitude. If you are the owner there, change your attitude, bad business. If you are the employee, owner change your employee, he is making you lose business. read more

Love this place!! The big buffalo wings are to die for and the panko roll is a so delicious.

Excellent food and service! I have ordered from this sushi place multiple times since quarantine and it is always delicious. My food is delivered and packaged with care and arrives in great shape. I can't wait to see what it may be presented like when it is safer to visit in person. read more

Love the place nice and chill and the prices are very reasonable. The food is amazing specially the mushroom tempura.

While I usually sing the praises of kaizen today I was extremely disappointed. Typically they are earlier than projected delivery time, today they were quite a bit late. On top of that, they sent the wrong sushi roll that I requested. I'm going to start looking for back ups because the last couple delivery orders have been let Downs and not what I originally fell in love with. read more

I was looking forward to trying what looked like their soup specialty Kaizen Soup. Looked amazing when served but unfortunately there was NO flavor. Asked for limes, salt, pepper and Chile "Saracha" to help liven it up. There was only one waiter who was really nice but was more focused on getting Uber eat and pick up order. Way too expensive for no flavor read more

Ordered off grub hub! Let me tell you! Those fried dumplings are amazing!! I've never had dumplings from anywhere before and I wanted to try them since they were decently priced! I chose shrimp !
