Matt is even a preferred vendor for Viofo (the camera I'd already been considering) and bundling the purchase with the install saved me some money. He was sold out of the memory card I chose and even upgraded me at no charge. On the install date he was communicative, efficient, and helped me download the app and showed me how to use everything. Had a couple minor issues and no questions asked, fixed it right away. What's also nice about them is they've been in business for a LONG time (60's I believe). I did the usual thing: looked up reviews, sent out requests through Google and Yelp, and got back a flood of responses and calls. It was overwhelming, but after speaking with a few companies, David immediately stood out. He was the only one who came across as a true expert, and he freely shared detailed information just to be helpful, even before I'd committed to working with him. I got a great vibe right away. Even though I live in Seattle, I drove out to his business in Sammamish to get my car worked on. After getting an cluster that worked he came back out, reprogrammed the truck, reset all of my keys and found a new TPMS issue that should have not happened. The next day I drove out to his shop and he fixed issues with the TPMS system the Bellevue Ford had created. He had clearly researched the problems between visits and had a depth of knowledge that as a complete geek and hacker I appreciated.

After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! I can't recommend this shop enough. Don't hesitate!

That's not what caused the stars to go down - it's when he told me it was going to be $100 out the door for "diagnostics." That's crazy, and I really wasn't informed that the diagnostics would cost so much - if I would have known that, I would have held off on even bringing the vehicle in for service. I'm pretty disappointed in the amount of money I am paying for them to really do nothing for my car. That being said, maybe this is standard procedure and I am just ignorant to how things go. But, I am most upset about not being armed with that knowledge.

Then one day my roommate got xfinity then said he was paying like 30 dollars for a gig of internet but wouldn't share it. So I decided to cut my price of paying 70 for barely 10 megabytes with Xfinity. I bought into their plan and got hella benefits and promotions for being military. They made the set up super easy. So simple and way easier than at&t, only complaint was the wait time to get the service but well worth, I set it all up on my own just pressed a few buttons and scanned some bae codes and the system pretty much handled everything.
