( been over a month already of it being held there) then they tell me well your car isnt going start because its set back up to the initial/ normal way either. IMPOSSIBLE 2 different times sat on the phone for over an hr to only be all of a sudden disconnected. not having a phone or a car and just finally getting a place for my son and i to move into after being inbetween places for 3 months and trying to figure out all the extra money i needed to come up with i call them and get told they had the tow yard come pick it up and take it. What I got was tremendous patience at understanding my needs and explaining my options. Justin and his team gave me a fair estimate and great advice. I was very impressed with Justin experience and knowledge on the BMW. I felt great trust even just over the phone with their advice. In the end I went with the ZZ2 to add CarPlay capability bringing my 2010 BMW up to modern times. They also recommended me onto. Thinkware dashcam that exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job. They also installed a high end dash camera which just paid for itself by recording a hit and run accident after a GMC truck backed into the front of my car. I did some comparison shopping with "the other big audio installer" in Victoria and after speaking with Justin at Ralph's Radio decided I would go with them. Communication was great and the finished install product and price was as quoted. I ended up with a touch screen unit with Bluetooth and steering wheel controls and an awesome sub-woofer.
