My old '99 van's window had gotten smashed on Tuesday morning, so I started calling around for a replacement estimate, and 1st Choice gave me the best price, even though it was a special-order window due to my van being so old.. Amazingly, my window was replaced just a couple days later, on Friday; and it wasn't an easy install.. during the process, it was discovered that the pre-existing dent on the door had bent the support rods on the interior of the door a little... but he was able to deal with it so well that the window now works perfectly- and here's the thing: even though that surprise damage lengthened the repair time, the price didn't change, and as someone who had to scrape the barrel for money to pay for the repair to begin with, I'm beyond grateful for that kindness! I was very careful to make sure only my car was recorded not the shop or employees.. when I asked for paperwork or findings the owner AL told me they don't do paperwork but they gave the officer a receipt. avoid at all costs this is not a trustworthy business
