The women sitting at the desk was rude and unprofessional. She quoted me one thing over the phone and when I got there the price changed. Then when she called her manager, he made her waive a charge. She got really defensive and rude after hearing the charge was waived. She did not hire a baby sitter and brought her 3 year old kid to work. Today, the shop owner called me for saying words to her about her performance. The owner sided up with his bad attitude employee and told me to bring my car in so he can take his parts off and offer me a full refund he used the f word and profanity This place needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and professionalism. I received a set of LED lights for my 2017 F-150 from my brother for Christmas. He mentioned he had bought them at NMotion, so I figured why not have them installed there as well? I booked an appointment, dropped off my truck and 30 minutes later I receive a call from them stating that LED's won't work in my truck because apparently there isn't enough clearance for them to fit. My brother told them the exact make and model of my truck before purchasing the LED's and was assured they were the correct ones for my VERY common 2017 F-150. I mentioned this to the guy who called and he said that there is never a guarntee that their products will be compatible with certain vehicles. Really? Then why are you selling products that you can't guarantee will work? Imagine if Lordco did that! So next he proceeds to tell me that LED's are not compatiable with my truck at all and that I have no choice but to go with HID lights. I asked him how much that would cost compared to the $120 I was prepared to spend to have the LED's installed. He quotes me $360 all in minus the refund of approximately $117 for the LED's that were already purchased. I reluctantly agree at this point because of my frustration and just wanting to get this whole situation over with. I go to pick up my truck and when it comes time to pay, he tells me that I owe $290. Now, I'm no math wizard but the quoted price of $360 all in minus the refund for the LED's at $117 equals $243. At this point he tells me that he said $360 not including tax which was complete bull because I specifically asked that on the phone before deciding to move forward with the HID's. Anyhow, I reluctantly pay the bill and drive home. After getting home I look at the invoice and the refund that was applied towards the owing balance was only $99. So basically he did not include the extra $17 or so that my brother initially paid in tax when he bought the LED's. The whole experience was a nightmare. I felt as if I was being taken for a ride. I highly recommend NOT having any work done to your vehicle here. Terrible customer service and shady business practices. I'd give zero stars if i could. These guys are phenom! I had a backup camera installed a year ago and it was under warranty when the camera failed. I brought it back to them and they happily replaced the camera at no cost and with zero complaints. Just because you have a warranty doesn't mean the company will honour it or be professional in doing so. I brought my car in for a straight-forward install of a receiver and Bazooka Tube Subwoofer. The installer managed to break several pieces from underneath my shifter console, rendering my shift indicator useless. I have a handful of random, broken pieces. Also, after 5 hours in the shop, the installer told me he didn't have time to secure my Bazooka bass tube (potentially leaving it flopping around loose in my trunk) blew my mind!! - Only after I demanded to have it secured, did he do so - Labour cost $350!! As I drove away, the plate around my new receiver fell off! And, I got a warning for the very first time while owning the car that my ABS was fried - scary!! Next day, I noticed my entire console around the shifter came loose. This is the entire cover piece, that he removed surrounding all my car's controls. They offered for me to drop the car off so they could address these problems. Unfortunately, I won't for 2 very good reasons: 1) I don't have the time to sit through a re-do. It was suppose to be done with high quality the first time, the only time (!) as promised by the installer 2) My trusted BMW mechanics in Burnaby advised me NOT too entrust these 'hacks' with my car as they could do serious damage to more of its systems. I will NEVER recommend anybody use these amateurs for any reason whatsoever. They obviously didn't care less for the work I paid them to do, as evidenced by no less than 5 problems they left unfixed and newly created problems. I am glad I went to Nmotion for my Honda Pilot window tints. They did an outstanding job. I have had my Honda Accord tinted by a random guy on Craigslist but the workmanship is poor. Unlike in this Nmotion tinting shop I was surprised by the looks of my windows and the car in general for a reasonable price. The staffs are genuinely friendly and they even waited for me past their closing time so I could drive my car back home. I am also planning to go back to their store and buy the dash cameras which are on sale the last time I went there. I am rating it five star and definitely recommend it. read more

I brought my car in for an aftermarket backup mirror installation as my bro gave it to me as a xmas gift. As the installation was going on I received bad news that the aftermarket product crapped out.. I was in a panic as the aftermarket product return date expired and NMotion just spent ton of hours dismantling my wires and stuff.... Luckily for me the installer (owner?) gave me a discount on the backup mirror and didn't charge more than the original quote for labour. An ex - boyfriend installed HID headlights 4 years ago and I had nothing but problems with them... both the boyfriend and the headlights! I had kept the original box and was able to locate N - Motion Auto at 5436 Imperial St Burnaby ( they have moved from Springer Ave. Burnaby).I called Saturday morning and had a very helpful, informative conversation with Ella.She suggested I stop by and they would take a look and see what they could do to help me. I was able to get there at 1pm and John, the owner had just finished another job and was able to replace my HID's with Phillips LED bulbs.What an improvement!!! He even applied a special coating to the headlight covers to make the lights shine brighter. They offer quality parts, excellent customer service at a reasonable price...very much appreciated right before Christmas.I feel much safer on the road now.Thank you Ella and John!!! When I dropped it off for the installation/application, they reviewed what was to be done, stated a price, and asked again if I had any questions or concerns. Horrible experience. The old mechanic there is a know it all and does everything based on his timeline. I asked for a number of things to be done and ordered in priority as some of the easy work I could do myself. He decided to start with the easiest work and spent 60% of his time on the internet researching as he did not know much about European vehicles. I was quotes 2-2.5 hours. After 4.5 hours of waiting I was charged 3 hours of labour and only 30% of the work was completed. All the high priority stuff I asked for was not done. Will never go back again. read more
