I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. Luckily not much was taken but the damage to the driver door made it impossible for me to safely leave the van parked outside overnight. I was freaking out a bit because my work schedule the week of the break-in was so crazy, I wasn't sure how I could make time to deal with it. I called the guys at Boyd(I dealt with Robin) and he helped me figure out a way to get the van to them quick and easy, with little to no disruption to my schedule. That to me is worth its weight in gold. The repairs were done within a few days and they even took the time repair something else within the cabin that wasn't covered under ICBC(a small task to them but would have been much more difficult for me to try and repair). Break/ins happen, and it sucks, but when you've got guys like these on your side it sucks much less:)
