Don't waste your money! They kept my car for two hours and did absolutely nothing right. My Tesla went in with 55% charge, came out with 21%, full of trash and stains on seats and windows! They didn't even wipe a single thing. I paid $89 and got nothing. Absolutely terrible! The photos I'm sharing were all taken after they delivered the car. This is how they handed it back. Don't think these photos are from before the carwash . I took these photos when the car was handed back to me, for you to see. It's unclear what they do with your car in the back. You see part of it on the monitor, but after that, you have no idea what happens. Also, this was the $85 package, not a $20 or $30 package!!! They charged me $85, plus $4 tax, so around $89, Add $5 for car charging, and the total is around $94. Just this amount alone is direct loss from the carwash! On top of that, you lose hours of your day and commute money. Think for yourself! how much do you actually lose going to this carwash? unfortunately , I had to give one star to continue writing this review. They don't deserve any stars. I took my car in for interior detailing. The job done was just excellent. I had forgotten my wallet when I walked over to pick up the car and a courtesy car was provided so that I could get it. A few days later I took the car in for an extra vacuuming to make sure all the seams had been thoroughly done, and to my surprise, this extra was done with a smile and free of cost. At the time I said, "Well, it's not a lottery win of a million dollars, but it's a great surprise." I owned a 1965 Shelby Cobra replica with the large chrome side pipes. I was driving down the road when a plastic garbage back flew up in front of me. I didn't think much of it until I pulled in the garage to smell something burning. I got out of the car to discover the plastic garbage bag shrunk-wrapped itself over the red-hot pipes. A real mess. I took the car into Splashes hoping they could remove the melted, burnt bag from the pipes. I left the car with them and returned 4 hours later to see the chrome side pipes shining once again. They also lightly detailed the car at no additional expense. A very pleasant experience all around. A BIG thumbs up. read more

I cannot comment on the work performed as I have had my appointment canceled twice due to a team member being sick. This has gone on over a 5 day period. While it's not splashes fault their guy is sick I was disappointed as I have had to reschedule my work days around the appointments.However that said the staff at the front was pleasant but I have had to take my business elsewhere. 2 appointments booked, I showed up for one and was sent home. I waited until Saturday to book for Monday and received a call cancelling the appointment Monday 2 hours before I was heading there at the time. These guys take service seriously. I popped in to look at some options for cargo boxes for my car. They are the distributor/installer for Modula cargo boxes. The shop was busy, but from the minute I arrived, I was treated as though I was the only customer that mattered. When I asked abut three particular box models, they jumped to it and helped each other bring out the boxes that I was interested in, and then placed each one on my car while I examined the fit on my roof rack. I tried three different sizes and with their help was able to choose the most suitable one. They were patient and helpful every step of the way and answered all my questions, with excellent communication between one another. December 2013 *The worst* $500+ I've yet invested on a car cleaning service. Ordered the full interior/exterior detail and undercoating. Sure, they were more expensive than most competitors, but since they were handy geographically, I thought I'd give them a try. After 2 days with my vehicle, I retrieved it and noticed grime on the exterior of the wheels, debris on the carpeting, entire swaths of interior leather ignored, zero attention on the windows. To make matters worse, I brought the car to get my brakes checked and looked under the vehicle while it was on the hoist. The undercoating was spotty and hardly covered 20% of the undercarriage. Bring your car here for a wash, but look elsewhere for any substantial work requiring attention to detail. I needed some auto glass repaired after some low-life smashed my windows. I brought my car into Splashes after speaking to Greg because of his can-do attitude and prompt follow through with a quotation, despite their less than competitive pricing; I was informed that included with the cost was a car detailing, which it could have used. Before bringing the car in, I had cleaned out the bulk of the broken glass, except for some which required a vacuum. While no firm time was given on when my car would be ready (I was told "afternoon"), I wasn't able to pick up my car until they were about to close. As it was dark out, I didn't get to inspect their work immediately. However, I discovered quickly how inadequate was their workmanship. The window was not properly aligned, allowing in a draught as soon as I was on the freeway. The door release was sticky, requiring more effort and squeaking unlike before. The interior trim was not reinstalled properly, gouged during disassembly and loosely put back in place without fastening. Forget the detailing, they didn't even vacuum up the last bits of broken glass! Though thoroughly dissatisfied with the work, I took my car back in to have them realign the window. They brought my car back out in 15 minutes saying it had been fixed - at which point I had to point out the 2mm gap at the edge of the window to the technician before he comprehended the problem. One hour later, he brought my car out with the glass aligned. I couldn't afford any more time, so I had to suffer the sticky door release, remaining broken glass, and rattling interior trim. Forget about the detailing I was promised. I later discovered after opening/closing my window that something inside the door was scratching the glass, right in the sightline of the side mirror. Sure, my car may have been an older model unlike most of the clients in their postal code but I'm a paying customer just like the guy bringing his custom hot rod for a car wash. For a shop that specialises in detailing, these guys should pay a little more attention to the big picture. read more

Took my brand new Jetta in for a window tinting. About a year has passed since the tinting and I feel I can comfortably talk about what has happened to my windows as i've rolled them up and and down countless times and have had them go through rapid temperature and humidity changes. Nothing. They're just as pristine as the day they were tinted. I've never seen a job look so good you'd think that the glass itself was treated before coming out of the furnace. Even total no no's when it comes to tinted windows, like rolling them down when they're basically frozen shut hasn't marred the tint at all. They even guarantee no bubbles for the life of the vehicle. Staff are welcoming and professional. The job was done in just a few hours. read more

I had the complete restoration package done.They did do an excellent job on the paint and glass however they missed the trunk and rims. The interior was cleaned but some areas were not cleaned. They are really busy and mistakes happen so I emailed them back and shortly after got a response that they would fix their mistake and throw in a free engine shampoo. They got me on Tuesday first thing and fixed the car up quickly which I appreciate. I was at work so I had someone else pick up the car when I got home to see my car the rims were sort of clean and the trunk was just vacuumed in. There was polish left over on the paint close to the wheel well and the engine wasn't done. read more

I had my vehicle broken into earlier this week when I was downtown for dinner and a show. I called around and no one was able to help for at least 2-3 weeks (yes you heard correctly. Drive around with no passenger or rear window?!?) The last place I called suggested I try Splashes for the glasswork (my drivers side mirror was also damaged) which I did not realize they did! I have had my vehicle detailed there before but didn't realize they are an ICBC accredited glass repayment place. I called and Greg told me to come down right away and he said leave it with me and I'll have it done today! They even did the mirror! He even sent me up with a loaner car so I could drive my mother back to the ferry which was above and beyond. Then when I picked up my car at the end of the day it had also been washed and detailed. I can only comment of the level of quality for the full service cleaning i ordered. I paid $37 for a full service wash and interior clean. Interior is the only reason they don't get a 1 star from me, was well done but I am very clean so not a huge clean up was needed. The outside wash was what I really needed and the first thing I checked was my back spoiler, ran my finger along the back to check and it was still dirty. I knew something was wrong with the service as soon as I saw the car was still wet. Am I wrong to expect that my $37 wash would somehow include a sham down to dry off residual water so the droplets don't pick up dust as soon as I'm back on the road? I ended up washing my car at home myself, should've just given my money to a person in need. There seems to be a pretty divided response to the service from this place, people have either loved them or hated them. In my experience that usually means there's a team that really cares and get things done right, but then there's the couple of employees that just don't give a read more

I've had my car detailed here twice now. Both experiences were awesome....no issues at all. I have a 5 year old and therefore, a very messy car. It came back looking and smelling "practically new"....and they took extra care to vacuum out all the crumbs and things that only 5 year olds can get into the smallest nooks and crannies you can think of. Both times took about 5-6 hours, and I got a ride there and back by one of the lovely young ladies that works in the office. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed right. Oh....and they also took care of a little "ding" I had in my windshield. Didn't know this, but they also do glass repair and replacement and one of the owners offered to take care of it as well. This was a nice added bonus as I didn't have to go to another location to get that fixed. read more

Took my vehicle for windshield replacement, specified i needed a branded windshield, i.e from vehicle manufacturer, they installed wrong windshield and the lady at the reception did not seem too bothered or understand how much inconvenience they were causing me. They did offer to have the correct windshield replaced, took my vehicle back for this. Shoddy work done on my vehicle, Dash cam was not replaced, wires left hanging loose cleaning was crappy, rather disappointing service. Not a place i would recommend or send someone. read more

I called to get my car interior detailed, they were able to fit me in the same day which was awesome. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was told it can take up to 6 hours which I was happy to wait for. However they had it done early. When going through the final inspection I was disappointed in the final result. The carpets looked great however the seats did not look like they had been cleaned. There was still spots on the seat that I could scratch at and they would come off. They did acknowledge this and address it. However it was simply a spray and a cloth with some elbow grease. I was thrilled about paying nearly $200 for this service. read more

I had a mini detail done a week ago and I was so impressed with the experience from start to finish......everyone I dealt with was so sweet, helpful, conscientious and professional! When I picked up my van I told them I forgot to mention that there were a few stains on the roof from the sunroof leaking several months ago and asked if someone would mind taking a quick look to let me know what it would cost to have the stains removed if I popped back another day. I didn't catch the name of the fellow who the receptionist called but he was so sweet and came out right away to have a look. He told me to wait right there for a minute and came back with a spray bottle and cleaner along with a brush.......within 5 minutes he had removed the stains for me and said, "There, you go....saved you a trip back in!" And while he was working on the stain another fellow was doing some last minute polishing on the outside of my van! My van looks and smells brand new and I couldn't be happier!
