Instead of taking responsibility, the staff told us to file an incident report and wait for ICBC to decide, which is unacceptable for damage that clearly happened during their service. They are not fixing anything themselves and are simply pushing the responsibility onto insurance. On top of that, they are very unprofessional, do not speak respectfully, and even hung up the call when we tried to discuss the issue. They also don't answer calls consistently, making the situation even more frustrating. A business should not damage a customer's vehicle and then avoid accountability.
