If you want to get ripped off- go there. In my line of work I see many instances of faked service needs. This is one of those.

The initial pull up beside the Super Save Gas station was fairly easy and being 5:50 pm there was a 15 minute wait until I was next so no worries. A gal working there named Crystal was friendly and offered a newspaper and a coffee while I was waiting which was nice while waiting in line. The staff who work here run like a well oiled machine (no pun intended) as one is in the pit an the other two workers are under the hoods so things move pretty quick. My technician was named Casey and he was very good at going over everything in regards to warranty maintenance such as oil, transmission oil change, radiator fluids, and so on. Although I only came for an oil change he was thorough with everything and a few things needed some attention such as the transmission fluid and the air filter requiring to be changed. I mentioned that the only thing that my supervisor from work authorized was oil changes and that's all but the technician was insisting that it required these two items to be changed out even to the point of wanting me to actually call my office to get approval. To be honest in completely satisfied with the service and detail the staff put into the oil change and the factory warranty required maintenance but the semi over aggressive sale pitch made me conflicted

I called this business as I was in the neighbourhood and was advised they were slow and that it…read morewould take 1 hour to get a car wash max 2 hours but reassured that they were not busy and it would take 1 hour. It was my first time going here. Arrived at the location I opened my drivers side mirror fixed my hair and concealer then grabbed some stuff and put it in the trunk and advised them they don't need to clean the trunk as I had tons of stuff back there and it would save them time. It took over 2.5 hours almost 3 hours and I didn't complain as I was not in a rush and I understand they could have been busy. ( I got a car wash and wipe down inside + vacuum) While I was sitting and waiting I saw them start to vacuum my trunk with a very long vacuum. I advised that it was not necessary and reminded them that I didn't need the trunk cleaned. After 2.5/3 hours they brought my car out and I thanked them and I left went straight home parked my car inside my enclosed garage on my gated property and plugged it in to charge (I have a Tesla) and did not leave my place for the night (I can prove this in court if necessary my car has driving history etc. And I have cameras etc.) On my way home I got a phone call from Them advising that they forgot to put one of my floor Matt's back in and I advised I'd come the next day to get it. When I got into my car to go to work the next day i opened my drivers side mirror to fix my hair to see that it was shattered. I have motion detection cameras on my property and my Tesla also has motion activated alarm. No alarms were set off. This damage would have been caused during the car wash with what most likely would have been the end of the vacuum as I saw how long they were myself. An honest mistake I'm sure. I called them there was no answer so I emailed them and also did the live chat option. I got an email back saying they will call me the next day. I woke up to no calls or emails so I went there at which time they denied liability rite away, they said I had no proof that they caused it, they then tried to accuse me of lieng and saying that it was previous damage. As a female before I go into a business or store etc. I check my mirror and fix my hair etc. My mirror was not shattered before I took it to the car wash, they didn't even care to see the damage I had to ask multiple times for them to come and take a look at the damage at which time again they accused me of lieng. I would not recommend this business as from my personal experience they didn't care to look into this damage and not only denied it rite away but accused me of lieng.

will not be going back to this location - I sat and waited in line in the first bay, there was one…read morecar in both bays when I arrived, and two cars waiting behind both bays - total of 4 cars waiting. both cars in pulled out the same time, so the next two went in. leaving only two cars waiting in line. me and another vehicle . the vehicle in front of me finished first. the vehicle in the second bay was getting much more work done. the lady working there, then proceeds to go to the other car waiting, then to mine and tells me since they were waiting longer I have to move from my que in line to let them in. i have places to be as well , I chose that line for the fact it was shorter. to then be told it's company policy first come first serve, well I was the first in that line - so why shouldn't my service be done as I got to that line and waited just the same ? you will never get my business again, and I will definitely not be referring anyone .
