The guys did an amazing job cleaning my mom's car. Everyone refused to ride in it from the cigarette smell but they got the smell out and left the car looking cleaner than new. They even cleaned the engine and got rid of some scratches on the bumper. read more

Got my VW Golf undercoated a while back. (forgot to give a review for these guys) They were super thorough and ensured all was well on the undercarriage of the car. They are quite honest when I called them for a possible ozone on another car (not sure if I got the word right) and they said it's may not really work. They could have told me to spend the monies and try things out but they didn't. GLAD I didn't :) I found out that I had to go elsewhere to have my sound deadener removed and replaced. Really down to earth and they don't push you on anything you don't really need. read more

I found this place by looking on YELP and noticed their 5 star rating. We were looking to have a new stereo installed and I am so thankful I brought it to Detail Concepts. The previous "professionals" who installed the after market stereo we were taking out had completely butchered all the wiring and the wiring harness- the guys at Detail Concepts sent me pictures of what it looked like when they pulled the deck out- an unbelievable mess!! They installed the new stereo and took pictures of what the wiring should look like and then popped the deck in. They took the time to set the clock and radio stations and even helped my daughter hook up the blue tooth to her phone when she arrived to pick it up. Despite the task at hand the owner did not gauge or over charge me. I will never go anywhere else for work that I can get done here. These guys are amazing!! read more

John and the rest of the guys here have made a very happy customer out of me! I bought my car used from a friend and it really needed a good clean as it was parked for a few months and TLC was high on the priority list. I kept putting it off for a few months but could no longer handle the dirt and gross. I called this shop based on other reviews and even though they were booked solid, John accommodated me by fitting me in a couple of hours before they even opened the same week I called! That's above and beyond. Not only that, they did an incredible job of cleaning my car inside and out. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I saw how amazing it looks all shiny and new-like. They cleaned every nook and cranny from my engine to my trunk, painted my hideous wheels, and removed gunk and ugly stickers from my windows that I would have never been able to take off on my own without scratching up the surface. I drove all the way in from Vancouver to get my car a makeover from these guys and it was 110% worth paying the toll. This review is long overdue as John and his team worked on my car last fall (2016). However, its because of the incredible job they did that I feel motivated to write a review 9 months later (life got really busy). Last fall, my husband left on a hunting trip. Prior to leaving he'd gone to fill up his gasoline canisters for his ATV using my car to do so. Well, the canisters leaked and gasoline spilled all over the trunk of my car permeating the carpet liner in the trunk and getting down into the belly of the car. All into where the spare tire was, and, because it was getting cold outside when i drove it down to John's shop I turned the heat on... big mistake... now the smell was all through the filters of the car too. It was awful and I didn't know what to do. My husband tried to clean it before he left for hunting using every household cleaner we had, but nothing worked at all. The smell of gasoline was so strong and awful I had to do something else. I googled car detailing places in Langley and came across Detail Concepts. When I spoke to John on the phone he explained that the only thing that would maybe work to combat the gasoline smell would be the ozonator machine. I'd never heard of this before, but John explained how it worked and encouraged me to do a little research online to reassure me of its purpose. I had a very young infant baby at the time and there was no way I was putting him in the car with the smell of gasoline the way it was. When I called it was either a Friday or Saturday. I told John the situation and he said to bring it in right away. They had other cars in the shop ahead of me but he was concerned about the gasoline and my baby and wanted to start on it right away. And that they did. They took everything out of my car, put the ozonator machine in and ran the machine in my car for days. John went in over the weekend to check on my car and continuously provided me with updates to let me know how it was doing. On Sunday I was able to pick up my car and the smell of gasoline was....GONE! Completely gone!! The new smell was the smell the ozonator machine leaves behind, which is a noticeable smell that did take a couple months to fully dissipate, but you know what?.... It's 100% better than the smell of gasoline!! And not only did they rid the car of the gasoline smell, they completely cleaned the inside of my car. A very unexpected and hugely appreciated bonus. What a professional crew of people. And, at the end of the day, while it wasn't cheap (I didn't expect it to be considering the job at hand) John gave me an incredibly fair deal for the amount of work they did. They really went above and beyond. Now, 9 months later, the smell of gasoline has never returned. They didn't mask it, they completely and thoroughly got rid of it.
