I am THRILLED by the service I got here. Ruben, the manager suggested a sound system and said I could expect a 20 to 30 percent improvement. Our plan was to go ahead with just the stereo and leave the speakers. This Kenwood stereo is awesome. It has modernized my car, the sound is SPECTACULAR, and I also have a back up camera and android auto. I would give these guys 7 out of 5 stars if I could! The workmanship is superior! My husband- who never likes anything- is so impressed by the work they did - he just keeps saying "Wow! They did a great job!" If you are looking for good sound and great customer service - check this store out! I give it 2 thumbs up!

But my newly purchased dash cam failed after a couple of weeks of operation and had to be returned for a re-inspection. They claimed wiring is correct and can't diagnose the issue. I was told they need to replace my new cam system with theirs to resolve the issue. I took it for a second opinion before departing with my money. Another provider was able to fix the issue for under $100. The problem was a wiring one. SoundsGood should change its name to SoundsBad Auto.

Amazingly, Chris still remembered me 2 years later when I came in with my broken car and broken heart (my baby, my first car). This time it was my fault. I had grazed the right side of my car and it was nasty. I also had a long, deep scratch spanning two doors (from a vandal). It was a no-brainer that I chose Van-Burn to fix it. Chris gave me the best quote for the repairs, and also gave me a courtesy car to use at no charge. When I came to collect my car, it looked like brand new. I just wanted to touch up the scratch (was already costing a bomb, since this was all out-of-pocket) and it looked fabulous! All in all, the whole process was painless, quick and professional (the only pain felt was my empty pockets). Chris is a super nice guy to deal with, and made a horrible situation so much more bearable. Thank you Van-Burn and Chris!
