Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it, in the end I was left with a door that had most of the paint scratched off. Knowing that it might be better off just paying for the repair I did some hunting around and got a few quotes and in comes Medowridge Collision, while not close to where I live they did come recommend by family. They took my poor injured (both body and ego) car and gave me a quote that was 30% lower than craftsman collision, I'm already a happy camper. I leave my car there for about 4 days and I come pick it up - voila, good as new! Well almost, pride is still dented but they specialize in cars so I can't fault them on that. Emily was the one that did the painting on my car and she did a fantastic job, I can't tell where the painting started or ended. The icing on the cake? They buffed out some other scratches they noticed on the car and returned it clean inside and out, that's where they exceeded my expectations for customer service. This is a business I hope I never have to visit again but if the tank is attacked by rogue inanimate concrete I know where to go.

Today I asked him to estimate work on a cosmetic repair to cover over some foreign paint stains transferred to my car's fender and quarter panel. Mike did the inspection on the spot, calculated and wrote up the estimate and then said "But, I wouldn't do it if I were you." Instead he told me how to remove the paint stains, where to find my pain trim color code, and how to touch up the scratches myself. He then did the paint stain removal himself while I watched. And, no charge for any of this.

I simply asked for receipts and communication on what was happening, which I didn't receive, Again here's proof. They then changed their phone numbers, and I had to run around trying to get them, which I did. I asked over and over for receipts and what point we were at with work with no response. The cops were involved, and I was told it's a civil matter and had to be taken to court. My car was butchered and left worthless. I wasn't given back all the new parts I purchased, and the ones I was given are damaged. Worst body shop there is extremely unprofessional don't recommend. #rxnturningdreamsintonightmares

Until some lady in a giant van scraped our car at Silvercity, tried to get away with it but a good samaritan caught on and left us a note. And that's how we ended up at Craftsman. We've experienced them before in Victoria and thought we'd go to a tried and true place. The folks here are first class all the way, from the reception, the admin ladies to the actual mechanics. Everyone looks like they work fabulously together and it shows in the way they deal with customers. I absolutely love their courtesy car service as well, which comes in super handy. Needless to say, they did a great job with our car. If you're looking for an ICBC-accredited place to get repairwork done on your vehicle, look no further in Poco.

They have been fantastic each time. The first time, they tidied up a dent in my truck's door for free when they installed my new mirror. The second time they found a matching door for our Echo, cutting down on the costs of repair and saving us from a write-off from ICBC and lastly, they fixed the minor damage to the door of my SUV at no charge. Dimitri has always gone above and beyond and I really enjoyed talking to Martin about travel. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon but if I ever need repairs, this is my go-to shop!

The second time I decided to try Craftsman as my experience with Kirmac wasn't great.
