Absolutely amazing experience. After having a really stressful experience with another mechanic, I brought my recently purchased car here for a second opinion and I am SO glad I did.
They were incredibly thorough and transparent from the beginning. They inspected the entire car, provided photos and test results, and clearly explained what they found. They also took the time to distinguish between things that were urgent, things that should be dealt with soon, and things that were worn but could safely wait. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs.
They discovered several issues with my car that I hadn't previously been made aware of, including some that actually need urgent attention. They also properly diagnosed my A/C compressor as seized and that I had a leak. Every question I had was answered patiently and respectfully, and I finally felt like I actually understood what was happening with my car.
The customer service was also above and beyond anything I expected. They actually drove me home while they worked on my car and then came back and picked me up when it was ready. That was incredibly helpful and genuinely meant a lot to me.
Finding a mechanic you feel like you can trust is such a relief, especially when you don't know much about cars. I never felt talked down to for asking questions, and I really appreciated how honest they were about what actually needed to be done versus what could wait.
They were kind, helpful, thorough and incredibly accommodating. After this experience, I finally feel like I have a clear picture of what my car actually needs and can make informed decisions about the repairs.
