He got the job done and perfect timing he had his own tools and got the job done in 20 minutes and my car was good as new! If the company reads this, you are lucky to have him as an employee! He deserves a raise! Any time I have an issue on the road I'll know who to contact and ask for Yanick turgeon 5 stars

I'm writing this review on behalf of the many nurses and healthcare workers at Lions Gate Hospital…read morewho have experienced the frustration of having their vehicles towed by Mitchell's Towing in the middle of the night. What is particularly concerning is that Mitchell's website states that they are open 24 hours a day. However, when your vehicle is towed overnight, you cannot actually retrieve it until 0700 hrs. For nurses working 1900-0700 or overnight shifts, this creates a completely unreasonable situation: you finish a 12-hour shift only to discover your vehicle has been towed, and despite the company advertising 24-hour availability, you are unable to access your vehicle until 7:00 AM. Even more concerning is that you are then charged additional storage fees for the period when you were unable to retrieve your vehicle because the yard was not accessible. In other words, you are effectively being charged for storage during hours when you have no ability to access or release your own vehicle. Healthcare workers already working overnight shifts should not have to deal with a towing system that advertises 24-hour service but does not provide 24-hour vehicle retrieval. If the facility is closed overnight and vehicles cannot be released until 0700, that should be clearly disclosed -- particularly when additional storage charges are being imposed. This is especially frustrating for nurses at LGH, who are simply trying to get to and from work and often have very limited parking options during overnight shifts. Mitchell's Towing should seriously reconsider this practice, clearly disclose its actual vehicle-release hours, and stop charging storage fees for hours during which customers have no ability to retrieve their vehicles. If you work nights at LGH and have experienced the same issue, I strongly encourage you to document your experience and raise it with both Mitchell's Towing and the relevant parking authorities.

The guy was very unpleasant on the phone, demanding the payment of $320.25 via etransfer, not telling me where my car was. My car was with him for about 50 min tops, the location where it was is only 3km away and he charges $320.25. Ridiculous amount and a very predatory business. Watch where you park because these coyotes sit there and wait for someone to make a mistake. The car was towed not even 30min after I parked. On the sign it said that improper parked vehicles will be ticketed or towed. There we go straight to towing. I am surprised that Lifelabs and medical professionals are part of that scam of a business.

Stopped by Burke Mountain Medical Clinic to see our family doctor after my wife had an emergency C-section and for our newborn. We made the mistake of parking at one of the Reserved spots, but there were plenty of parking available in the lot. After 15 minutes, we came out of the Clinic to find our car was gone and the truck driver and likely owner-operator of this shady business was waiting in the lot to tell us our car had been towed after a complaint call from a doctor working in the Clinic. Evidently, this was a lie because he was waiting in the wings this whole time. I politely asked after paying the extortionary $300 fee via E-transfer if he could at least take me to my car as my wife needed her pain meds at home, to which the owner/driver said no.

After a few phone calls to various towing companies, the only one that would be able to get to us in a reasonable amount of time was Payless. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional. Initially, the first available truck they sent was not able to get our truck out from between the other parked cars and the retaining wall on the other side of the road. This was more our fault for not properly explaining the conditions. However, they quickly responded and dispatched another truck. As I was pinched for time, they were able to handle the whole transaction without me being present and dropped off our vehicle at our mechanics shop exactly where we asked them to. Very grateful for the quick and professional service.

I called again the next day and I am sure it was a different agent and she was a bit rude. The third time I called which was in the evening, the agent was respectful. The tow truck driver in Loggers Lane Squamish was just absolutely rude. I went there to ask where the Squamish office is located (which apparently there was none as the office is in Vancouver). His rudeness was just very unnecessary. Payless is a big company and has been in the business for a long time but I wouldn't recommend it. I have used other towing companies in the past and I had never experienced such treatment. Go for a towing company that will treat you even with a little respect.
