She answered my question about currency and guided me along through checkout. I don't know of many online companies who will take the time to be that accommodating so, thank you. The website was actually easy to use and what I really liked was that I could track the progress of my order as it was being made and I could also track my order once it was shipped. Before I got started I looked at their Youtube channel to see examples of installs - that was really helpful!! I installed the covers on a Saturday morning and it took about 1 hour - the instructions were pretty good. They were a bit tight to get on but once I did some minor re-adjusting with the velcro for the backrest covers everything looked nice. I guess what I'm saying is that I really appreciated the excellent customer service, I feel that I got really good value for my money and the seat covers look fantastic in the car. I was charged over $800 for work that I did not authorize, nor was I called and given an estimate. This was work that had been already done aprox 4 weeks prior but they did not check their records! When I asked why I was not contacted with an estimate ( to have the car simply air care worthy) I was told that their customers bring their cars in and just tell them to do the work and arent concerned with cost! When I reminded them they had already done all the basic work and it was not necessary to change plugs/points.condensor and change all fluids AGAIN I simply got a shrug ....not at all impressed and after talking to other British car owners apparently I am not the only one who is dissapointed. Perhaps their new customers are happy, but anyone used to the old Octagon service will not be impressed
