We started our online search for pre-owned cars and found a Nissan Altima 2014 with low mileage and a tempting price. Since our last buy, we kept in touch with Vincent Wilson from sales, so he was the one to receive our call. Making an appointment was easy, so the next morning we were at the dealership looking at the cars. The Nissan Altima 2014 looked great and we went on a test drive. It runs very smoothly and it has a great acceleration. Bluetooth technology inside is a plus. It has A/C, telescopic steering wheel, anti-gravity seats and a nice set of carpet and rubber floor mats. We enjoyed the car from the first time. Vincent, in a professional manner, explained to us all the features and during the whole process, extended the Nissan courtesy, making us feel at home. So now we are down to the negotiation table, trading in our Nissan Altima 2008 and getting the promotional $2000 discount. Nissan appreciate customer loyalty, and it did not take long until we got to an agreement and we were happy with the deal. We also got a 1.9 low interest financing, which included an extended warranty for the car transmission. Simon B., the Sales Manager, graciously accepted the deal and congratulated us. We were happy to stay with the Nissan car family and we mentioned that we enjoy sharing our experience with others, either in person or through social media. Next step is the financing and payment. Crystal B. patiently fill out our information while explaining us the details of the finance deal, being very helpful to get everything in place. She told us about a very good Nissan ASP (Additional Service Plan), an extended warranty plan for 6 years, which also include roadside assistance, 1 year free oil change and more. This will save us money in the long run, as we will not need the BCAA membership. We stopped by to our friends at the service department to let them know about the car change. We do our car service only here at the local Nissan dealership in Pitt Meadows. Sam B., Cole and their team were helpful, as always. Over the years, the service team provided excellent maintenance & repair four our car. Even when I had a car emergency and no prior appointment I came to Nissan Dealership in Pitt Meadows and the problem was solved. While we completed the insurance papers, Vincent and the service team prepared the car for us. When we were done with the papers, the car was ready and Vincent shown us some more features and took a picture with us, before we were on our way with a full tank of gas! We are glad to share another great and positive experience from West Coast Nissan in Pitt Meadows. We're looking forward to more years of collaboration! Thank you, Nissan! Worst and most expensive vehicle repair service experience of my life! Patrick, the service manager is a smooth talker and very personable, but don't be fooled. Charged me over 5K in parts and other repairs that weren't the priority and never repaired my original problem! I ended up selling the vehicle at a big loss due to damage from the overheating. Decided to give this place a try after having a bad experience at Henneken and found several online…read moresources recommending this shop. This shop is actually not on Palm, but at the back of a building that faces palm. The entrance faces the side alley. The shop looks fairly cluttered both in the shop area and office, but to me that really just means they work on that many cars. There was a lineup the entire time I was there. They have 2 hoists, though 1 was out of commission the day I was there. The office has a waiting area, but there is really not much there other than a vending machine. Thank goodness for smartphones. Victoria (the owner) was very familiar with the problem with my car, and mentioned all the various problems known for that model. These are problems that are plastered all over the various car forums out there but aren't officially recognized by the manufacturer. The fact that I didn't have to argue with her (unlike the dealership) made me feel much more comfortable trusting my ride with her. My timing chain was properly inspected, and she even let me into the shop area to take some photos of the various engine parts for my own records. Special mention here, as I truly appreciate a shop that doesn't treat their customers like idiots. I also requested that my alternator pulley be replaced. This job isn't difficult on paper, but requires a custom tool, and an insane amount of torque. The pulley on my car was so seized that they broke their tool, so I basically had to get this done elsewhere. They also changed out my serpentine belt (which had to come off for this job anyways) and charged me 0.7h. Not the best because the belt had to come off again for that pulley at a later date, but reasonable. Overall I was happy as my objective for the appointment was achieved, but there were 2 things where they can improve on. 1) The appointment literally took the entire day (8h) instead of the 1-2h I was expecting, because of that broken hoist. Thank goodness I had the day off and decided to stick around the area. If I had known this, I would've simply rebooked for a different day to make it easier for everyone. 2) When the tech replaced the valve cover, she routed the vacuum hoses incorrectly. I was wondering why my engine cover would no longer sit flush and was now getting squished by the hood. Fortunately I had a photo from before, so I was able to fix this when I got home. However, I feel the shop has a responsibility to put things back together properly. With that said, I do feel that the shop does try to do good honest work. I will be back for more mechanical servicing in the future.

I asked that they put a cost estimate with the list. They agreed to send it to me first thing the next morning. I called three times the next day. Nothing sent. I called the next day. Nothing. It's now been 5 days through the weekend. Nothing sent. I was charged $140 for an incomplete inspection. With ICBC nipping at my heels for a decision, making me wait this long is beyond unprofessional. Think twice before dealing with this business.
