I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. They provided me with a black Hyundai as a temporary rental vehicle. It was rainy when I picked up the rental, and the inspection process felt rushed. When I returned the rental vehicle to pick up my own car, I was told there was a scratch above the tire area and I was charged $1,610. This was very surprising and disappointing. The vehicle was not thoroughly inspected with me at pickup, and there was no clear, detailed documentation provided regarding the vehicle's pre-existing condition. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. A few years ago, I used a different body shop and did not have any issues. I am attaching photos for transparency. I recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle (take detailed photos and videos) before leaving the lot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Additionally: - they kept my car for 5 days instead of 1, for no valid reason and with no substitute vehicle - they knew about the break in but did not inform me. I had to discover it on my own (after I had already paid for all repairs) - they're "too busy" to cooperate with the RCMP on investigating the theft. I'll let you draw your own conclusions... As for me, I am never entrusting this place with my car ever again and got a lot of frustration out of dealing with them all throughout this painful process.
