I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. I had to discover it on my own (after I had already paid for all repairs) - they're "too busy" to cooperate with the RCMP on investigating the theft. I'll let you draw your own conclusions...
