Had suv in for a windshield. Great service up until the execution of service. Upon receiving my vehicle back I noticed two punctures in the headliner! The sills at the door jams were covered with mud on both sides and the inside of the windshield wasn't clean and streak free. I opted for the windshield covering that beads the water now the wipers jump across the windshield making a loud, distracting noice. read more

Great and fast service. Would recommend. Staff were super nice and easy to talk to. Explained everything you didn't know you should know. The chip in my windshield was fixed pretty quickly (in less time than they estimated). They didn't have a shuttle or a courtesy car, but like I said, they started working on my car right away and they finished the repair before the allotted time they had told me, so at least in my case, a shuttle wasn't required. It worked out because I went to the next plaza and grabbed a bite to eat and walked back and my car was already ready! They took care of the ICBC side of things so I never had to deal with it myself. They even vacuumed the inside of my car! That was a nice touch! read more

The first windshield they put in has distortion and it also cracked overnight. The second one was decent but the installer pushed every single button on the dash on overhead console while at work and every screen on display was changed when I got the car back. My windshield had a chip and cracks when I was driving on highway no. 1 one day. I contacted speedy glass as my coworker told me that they were good. The customer service asked me questions on the chip and cracks in detail on phone and helped me to make an appointment quickly. The customer service was polite and friendly. They were punctuated and started the service to replace my windshield on time and let me pick up my car on time as well. They also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the car. When I picked up the car, the car was clean inside and outside. The representative had a checklist and explained to me when the glass shop had done clearly. That was excellent! Touch wood that I don't want to have any chips or crackers on my windshield again. But if I do, I will definitely go back to speedy glass for service. read more

For my first experience having a windshield replaced, this Speedy Glass was pretty darn amazing. So I (literally) for first time in 20 years of driving, got one but two chips/cracks on a roadie within two days of each other. One was like a meandering crack making its way across the length and the other was the classic 'bullet' break. So I finally found the time to take it in and this place was walking distance from my place. They took my insurance and ran all the paper work for me, super hands off. Made a morning appointment for me on a weekend (to fit my schedule) and gave a reminder call the day before. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, answering my questions in great order even though I'm sure they have heard it all before. Dropped the car off the day of the appointment, they told me it would take between three and four hours. They called me after about 3.5 hours and it was ready, good as new, even managed to transfer my beloved parking permit from the old screen to the new one. They up-sold me on some new windshield wipers, to my surprise, they recommend you replace them every six months?! (Mine were probably like two+ years old) Nothing but good things to say about this place and the whole windshield replacement experience! read more

I used this place 3 years ago and they left greasy fingerprints on the inside of the headliner and interior fabric. They denied that it was even possible for them to do this and offered to clean it. I refused because I didn't want an interior mess. They sent me to a detailing shop that did the cleaning twice and still didn't remove the marks. The faded marks still remain now and it was time for another windshield. The management and workers have changed since 3 years ago so I decided to try them again. Had the appointment today and waited for 10 minutes for the desk boys to write whatever they where writing and said forget this to myself. I hate being ignored. Go anywhere but here. Oh ya....there is no parking anywhere in this business cluster so check your door for dings. read more

Woke up this morning to find my rear passenger driver-side window smashed to pieces. Considering it was raining like crazy, I had to get this repaired ASAP. I called Boyd (not open on weekends) and Broco (no appointment/part until Monday). After calling Speedy Glass, the phone representative made an appointment for me same-day for 1PM and said they are bringing in the required part as we spoke! Incredible! I dropped the car off at the Coquitlam location and they took care of the rest. There wasn't a courtesy car service so plan accordingly. If you can't get a ride from someone, there is a Tim Hortons down the road and also a bus stop that takes you to the Coquitlam Station hub. A few hours later they called that the car was done and everything was repaired and looking like new. They even vacuumed the interior, which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that they did not clean *all* of the broken glass that had crumbled inside the actual door. When I open and close the door, I can hear two or three little pieces of glass bouncing around. Eventually they'll fall to the bottom of the door and never be heard again but I was a little annoyed that not all of it was cleaned. Overall, excellent and courteous customer service, fast workmanship, and super flexibility with the appointments (getting the same-day appointment was huge). I'll definitely think of this location again for future glass work. read more

Admittedly, I don't write enough reviews on the products and services I purchase and realize it's an important part of the online vetting process for others. That being said, my recent experience at Speedy Glass' Barnet location has forced me back to the keyboard. First off, let me say that this was my first (and hopefully "only") time I've ever needed to change my windshield (thanks a lot whoever doesn't know how to cover their gravel truck!). Anyways.... I called Speedy Glass and told them about my issue. Their process for booking appointments has been one of the most efficient I've ever had to go through with a service company. The gentlemen I spoke to at their call center was courteous and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all my options. Thankfully, I have ICBC insurance coverage on my truck so I only needed to pay a $200 deductible. The great thing is that Speedy Glass does all the paperwork for insurance claims so all I needed was to provide my insurance paperwork and they collect the deductible on ICBC's behalf. Another plus was that they were able to schedule me in for an appointment only a couple days after my call. Now, I can't speak for "every" Speedy Glass location, but what I can tell you about the gentlemen and ladies here is that they really understand the importance of customer service. All their staff is incredibly friendly and from what I gather from my admitted eavesdropping on a couple of their phone calls, they have great working relationships with their vendors - This is a pretty big one for me as I've been on the other end of those conversations. Once I dropped my vehicle off they offered me free valet service back to work or wherever, but I already had alternate transportation. However, before I left, one of the gentlemen walked me around my vehicle to mark any vehicle imperfections I had to ensure no new damage or scratches show up while in their care. Can you imagine that...an auto shop that cares if one of their mechanics puts a huge gouge in your tailgate?? (Excuse my surprise, as this has happened to me in the past) After 3 and half hours on the dot, my truck was ready to be picked up. The work they do is pretty amazing. There is literally zero sign that there was ever an issue. Now some of you might laugh at why I view this as important, but one of the extra little touches they did that made me smile was taking the "get your oil changed on this date" sticker off my old windshield and putting it on the new one. I don't know about everyone else, but that attention to detail always impresses me in customer service. To top things off, there was a slight delay finishing up my paperwork, so they decided to put new premium wiper blades on my truck at no cost. The bottom line is these guys have a customer for life (well..hopefully not if I can stay away from rock chips ;-)) and I will continue to be their brand ambassador. I challenge anyone to find a better automotive glass repair company who cares as much about their customers as these guys do. read more

got off work one friday morning to find my driver's side window all smashed in. I had work the following day and so I needed to get this repaired really quick. Speedy Glass was amazing. They let me park overnight as I couldn't drop my vehicle off until their closing time (but the repair itself took 2 hours max). I got a brand new window that fits and looks identical to the last. My car was completed cleaned out of all the glass chips that had gotten everywhere in it (vaccumed all the floors ans seats). And, to top it all off, the customer service was top notch (thanks Angela!), and they gave me an excellent deal. would 12/10 recommend to anyone and everyone read more

I needed a small repair and was turned away by a different glass company. At this location of Speedy they tackled the problem with courtesy and expertise and completed it in good time. I have used this location before for windshield repairs and they have the in house skill to reset the camera for lane scanning so again making it easy for me. I recommend them. read more

I am so impressed with this location. Not only are the staff really nice but they don't try and rip you off. I was there today because the rubber around my back window was coming off. Christian didn't hesitate to try and fix it. They didn't even charge me for it. honest I expected to be told it had to be replaced and charge a fortune for it. I had my windshield on my van replaced by Speedy 6 years ago and it recently started leaking badly so I stopped by Speedy to see if they could do anything to fix it. I was blown away when the women working the desk took the time to look up my invoice and informed me that the windshield was insured for as long as I own the van! The next day I dropped off my van and they took out my windshield, redid the sealant and put a new rubber gasket on it and Voila no more leak! Best of all it didn't cost a dime, I am a Speedy fan! read more
