Exceptional Service -- Highly Recommended
I recently had my windshield replaced by Pure Auto Glass Repair, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience.
They were able to get me in the very next day after the crack occurred, which was excellent. I also appreciated that I didn't have to spend hours sitting at the shop waiting. They made sure I was able to get home and return safely, and that level of consideration really stood out.
The attention to detail was excellent. They recalibrated my camera after installing the windshield and asked where I wanted it positioned. They also provided windshield cleaner and a cloth, and cleaned my dashboard and floor mats to ensure no glass was left behind.
What impressed me just as much as the workmanship was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. There was no rushed or impersonal feeling. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that I was satisfied before I left.
This is the kind of customer service that stands out.
If you're looking for auto glass service, I would absolutely recommend Pure Auto Glass Repair. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer care all in one place.
