White Rock Glass replaced a window in the driver side of my 2007 Yaris for $550. I noticed when I…read morepicked it up that the window was sticking and told the technician. I was told "it takes time to adjust." Two days later the window was still sticking and I phoned White Rock Glass and again, was told, "It takes time to adjust." I told them I was moving to Toronto and needed it installed properly. They said "It takes time." Driving across Canada was a pain as the window was sticking. When I arrived in Toronto I had to pay $60 to Toyota Dealership to examine the window. I was told that the window was poorly and incorrectly installed and as a result the bracket was broken. It would cost me $550 to properly repair the window. I phoned White Rock Glass. White Rock Glass has a written Guarantee that states "the window is good for the time you own the vehicle." I told them that Toyota indicated that the window was poorly and incorrectly installed, which resulted in the bracket breaking completely and necessitating a whole new install. White Rock Glass said it was my fault. I should have come for it to be adjusted. Toyota said that adjustments would not have made any difference at all, that White Rock Glass installed it incorrectly; it should NEVER have stuck in the first place. White Rock Glass just refuses to respond. I warn everyone ... DO NOT USE WHITE ROCK GLASS, they do not know how to install car windows, and they do not stand by their Guarantees.

The staff at Modern Bradley were extremely courteous and managed to fit me in on short notice - important as I already had the buyer waiting in the wings. They addressed all issues such as nicks and scratches, and a broken glove box latch. They even emptied the vehicle of all my wife's things, washed, vacuumed, and wiped it down so that the buyer could pick it up right from the shop. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I'll also add that the invoice for all of this was very reasonable ;) I'm taking my new truck in to have a some minor front end damage repaired now too. Will add another review soon.

Not sure if they are crooks, or just incompetent. Either way, an entire dash cluster does not need…read moreto be replaced with a used one that is wildly overpriced and automatically ramps up your mileage by 30000K. The tachometer (the only part of the dash cluster that was faulty) can easily be unplugged and replaced with one that works. A cheap and easy fix, but no need to bother with that if you can gouge for an entire used cluster....or you just don't know enough about cars to know that each part of the cluster is interchangeable. I really like the rip they put on my door panel, while trying (and failing, repeatedly) to fix the window. Someone there got a little too aggressive prying off the panel and tore the pleather wrap. I guess I wasn't supposed to notice...kinda hard to miss being that it is right there, front and center at the top of the door panel. I wrote a more detailed review a couple of years back, when this happened. Modern Bradley whined to Yelp that I wasn't the customer (my husband brought *my* car in), and had the review pulled. True story. And here are the facts: My husband was acting as my agent. The car is my property, I am the true customer regardless of who drops the car off and/or pays for the repair. The car is mine, therefore I am the customer. Yelp needs to give some thought as to whether or not they are an honest review site, that can be trusted. Why am I pursuing this, three years later? Because consumers need to know how Modern Bradley rolls, I know every day when I look at that tear on the door panel of *my* car. And Yelp needs to learn the legalities of who the customer of said business really was.
