After this was done the shower started leaking as the door was adjusted with a much bigger gap than previously. I was charged $262.50 for this service call. I then called and emailed several times, with pictures and videos, explaining how water was leaking all over my floor during showers and to please send an installer back to correct the gap width. It took several weeks for someone to respond but finally someone came back to correct the problem. Instead of readjusting the door, he installed a cheap piece of plastic to deflect the water. After the second visit I was sent another invoice for almost $200. When I called to ask why I was charged again to pay for a service I never received the first time the project manager, Nick Thalari, was extremely rude on the phone, hung up on me then proceeded to send me several additional rude text messages, laughed/mocking that "I had too much time on my hands" Dealing with Delta Glass was unpleasant, frustrating and a complete waste of time and money to say the least. However, Deanna is awesome, empathetic, and very willing to accommodate the customer's schedule. In an era where people have little time to wait around for contractors, the installer doesn't care about the customer. I had a very tight window due to work commitments and the installer was running late. I did not get a phone call as to when they were arriving. After about 20 minutes I contacted Deanna. She called me back to say "He's around the corner." It was another 10 minutes before he arrived. And when he did arrive there was no comment of saying "Sorry I was late." Ironically I don't even want an apology provided the installer clearly communicates an updated ETA. And, yes, in this industry I get that timelines change and traffic can delay. However, that is not an excuse to not call to explain you are running late, nor not showing some words of apology for holding up the customer. Would recommend the quality of work, Deanna's professional attitude, but the installer needs to communicate that they are running late.

Sol and Frazer replaced the glass in our exterior french doors. The glass they installed had waves…read morein it and there was dirt between the layers of glass (thereby making it impossible to clean them). They replaced the glass for us with thicker glass (4 mm instead of 3 mm) which slightly improved the waviness. They forgot (or weren't listening) about the dirt between the glass and the replacement again had dirt between the layers of glass. They many times said they would fix the problem and finally after many months promised to refund the cost. After many more months of waiting, they still haven't refunded the cost. We will have another company replace the glass for us.
