Because I was mistaken, they needed to order another windshield and were able to do so and have it within 15 minutes which did not delay my appointment at all! They were kind and courteous and helpful and even gave me their opinion on my rear wiper which is acting a little funny - putting some lubricant on it and advising me how to evaluate if it resolves or needs replacement in the future. They were able to create and submit my ICBC claim and replace my windshield in about an hour. WOW. Great shop, great folks that own it and work there - highly recommend!!
