This is the second time I've used Speedy Auto Glass, and they came through once again. I picked up a rock chip in the morning, filed a claim, and scheduled a same day appt with the Bothell location. They inspected my vehicle and pulled it into the shop immediately to repair the chip while I waited. It took about 20 mins to repair. The staff at this location are very professional and courteous. They even gave me a rebate to make the replacement affordable and I didn't have to get involved with my insurance which is always a plus as all it does is add to the giant headache you already have. Well I got a chip on the windshield. Said I better get this fixed ASAP as winter is coming and I don't want it to crack. Went in and got it fixed right away within 40 mins. What amazing service too. The customer service I received from "Andrew" was extremely Poor! I originally went here because it was the closest to me. It had a decent review and they are well known. Bad mistake on my part. When I called to book an appointment to have my Subaru windshield replaced I explained to "Andrew" that I was covered for an OEM windshield. He asked me to email the coverage information to him;which I did. I then made an appointment to bring my vehicle in. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment Andrew informed me that he was unable to get into the"System" of my insurance coverage for the OEM windshield. He proceeded to further explain that it really wasn't necessary for me to get an OEM windshield. I explained to him that because I have coverage for an OEM part that is what I want. I told him that I would make the necessary arrangements through my insurance and let him know regarding his said difficulties with accessing the system. I arranged everything and informed Andrew at Speedy. He informed me that he had already ordered the windshield and it would be 7 days and he would follow up with me. That was June 17. I have had to do all the follow ups and I still didn't have a windshield June24! I got all kinds of Covid reasons and was told "I need to understand"He also told me that the windshield was coming from China. On June 24 I called Neighbourhood Glass and got my "OEM" windshield installed by them that day!They were able to get the windshield from Subaru. I still haven't heard from Speedy! read more

Today I brought my car in after it had been broken into and the window smashed. I was stressed out and hoping it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The manager was incredible! Best customer service I have ever experienced. I told him I worked this afternoon and they had my car ready to go by 11am, as well as cleaned up all the glass, vacuumed my entire car and cleaned all of the windows. I had a bad windshield with a massive number of small chips all over it to the point it was kinda tough to see thru properly! plus another large chip that just happened. I have used this location a few times for windshield replacement and rock chip repair. Always nice service and great work. The auto glass industry is competitive, and this location works hard to build it's repeat client base. I appreciate the small customer service perks like offering me a ride home and vacuuming / cleaning the windows of my vehicle following the glass repair.
