When I picked them up he James pointed out that there was a split in the body of my clipper, (which I have never seen or felt before) He said someone must have dropped them. They only make a very loud noise turning them on and will not cut anything! Not only that..the other cordless Wahl clipper I trusted him to sharpen also does not work! They won't cut hair! Plus body won't close properly ! It's like someone dropped that too! I called James and he said that I am wrong..he stated that they won't work because I didn't oil it properly! Ha!
