I had a broken lock (the latch didn't go in) and a lock that needed rekeying. After reading rave reviews, I decided to give them a call. They were able to send a technician the next day. Jerry arrived just on time. He fixed the broken lock and rekeyed both locks. It only took him 20 minutes! The charges were very reasonable. $120 for a service call; $35 for rekeying each lock. My exterior doorknob broke and the latch wouldn't move anymore. I bought a new set thinking I could take it apart and be able to move the latch and put in a new doorknob-no such luck. I tried everything I could think of and then called Arrow Lock Service. Simply put these guys know their stuff. I Bought a home and wanted the deadbolt locks re keyed. I Landed here because they had the best price. Set the appointment with Bill the owner. One of his guys, Steve showed up right on time and had the work done super fast. Several months later I couldn't open my front door, Steve came by to check it out for me. Turned out the mechanism in the door handle, which I had left as original (below the deadbolt they rekeyed) broke inside. Since they are so well organised, Steve had the necessary spare parts with him, and he fixed it right on the spot. I was blown away and decided I had to give them a great review. My house got broken into and my car keys stolen. I called Aarow and spoke with Donny, who went completely above and beyond to help me. Even though they couldn't make a key for my specific model of car, he directed me to a dealership that could. After we hung up he then called the dealership for me and called me back to let me know all of the info: how long it would take, what I would need, etc. He also gave me a ton of information on my roommates car (her keys were also stolen) so that we could begin the process for her as well. The whole time I felt like he was giving the tips and advice that he would to a friend. Beyond stoked after going here. I give 2,000,000 stars to arrow lock. My Honda had a key stuck in the ignition and was slowly killing my battery for weeks. Brought it to arrow and they fixed my ignition in 20 min and now works perfect. To top it off I got 2 house keys made that work perfectly after getting 7 bad keys made at Fred Meyer on three different occasions. All this done for 13 dollars.
