* For being a locksmith, customers is what keeps a business going, and for this company to continue to use dirty and derogatory words, saying I was "bitching" "stupid" "spoiled"... in their reply to my google review is unacceptable. If they are able to use this language towards a customer on the phone and hiding on the internet, who knows what else they are capable of. It's unprofessional and a business like this does not deserve customers or a platform. I had lost the key to my storage unit (holding all my college appliances for move in) after driving 17 hours on the road, I was fatigued and tired and wanted to ask a professional locksmith for help. I had a disc lock on the storage unit and needed help getting my stuff. When I called for their services I was treated with a disrespectful tone about ETA, cost of the service, and yelling from the provider. The first sign of being unprofessional was their "sarcastic" remark about arriving on time. I understood I was far due to my storage unit but did not appreciate them having an attitude on the phone about needing to drive farther towards my unit. After the first phone call, I was in shock and started tearing up on how disrespectful the "locksmith" had communicated with me. I decided I had to call back and cancel the appointment. I called back to cancel the appointment, and thats when he started yelling at me on the phone and uprurblty hung on me when I started to talk. *Another locksmith in the area (Bow, Wa) I recommend is Raven Lock and Safe. Although, I was able to open my storage unit with a bolt cutter before he got to my unit, he was very professional and understanding. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company treated my neighbor very disrespectful. He was very loud the morning he was called to help in a senior living apartment. Was stomping around, lots of profanity, dropping tools, sounded like he was throwing them. The lady he was helping had lost her keys and could not get in her apartment. She does not speak English well and could not understand his directions. She had help from her neighbors, but he was rude to them also. Her neighbors were opening their doors to make sure she was ok. He was more then willing to help me obtain my valuables locked in my vehicle. I had a broken lock on a French door in a rental house that needed to be fixed. After going through two different lock companies in Bellingham, both of whom came out to take a look and then never followed up, even with multiple attempts to recontact, I was pretty frustrated---even ready to replace the whole door! Then I gave a call to Beattie's Lock Services, expecting another run-around. Tom was in San Diego at the time I called, but assured me that he would follow up as soon as he was home. He did that, and more: he made several trips to the house to make sure he was ordering the correct parts and went back and forth with the manufacturer to be certain, all with a wonderful attitude and a commitment to solving my problem. Call this place! They are the only place in bellingham that I've found to actually be 24 hours, not have after hours, and come unlock my apartment on a weekend! I've spent hours looking for a residential lock out service, and these guys were the only ones to come to my aid! Quick service, within 30 minutes, relatively cheap prices, about 60 bucks for the lock out, and nice people! Call them!! read more

called at 730 pm on a friday night. the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and short. said it would be $80 to get me back in to my apartment. then he said "so are we doing this or not" I told him we were waiting to hear back from my emergency management and he said "i've been there 4 times in the past 3 months, they're useless they won't do anything". I asked if he was 24 hours (as stated in the business) and he says something along the lines of "well I mean you get me out later than this and you're messing with my sleep schedule and screwing up my schedule tomorrow. and then at that point you're at time and a half or maybe even double time". I said alright well i'm not sure yet because we're still waiting and he rudely hung up on me. I ended up trying to get in to my apartment for 5 hours and found a locksmith off the clock who came and opened it for me. if I could give a zero star rating I would. do not advertise you are 24 hours if your representatives are going to throw a fit coming out "after hours". read more
