The paint never looked good to begin with, but it faded and discolored very quickly so that it looked almost greenish against our goldish car. Their response? "Paint will never match existing." Sure, but this was way off. Also, later on we discovered our trailer hitch was missing. When we talked to them they denied it would have ever been them but it seems like the most logical choice. So we were left minus a hitch, but can't prove it was their fault because there was a gap in time.

I was selling my car and decided to get the window tinting on the back window replaced. It had…read morebecome hideous, with bubbles and had been like that for a while. When I dropped it over to a guy in Vancouver to remove it professionally, the defrosting became damaged, which meant I couldn't sell the car. He had advised me this might happen, so it wasn't a surprise. I called A-1 Window Tinting in Surrey and they agreed to make an exception and see me immediately. When I arrived, they confirmed that the defrosting had been damaged and that it was probably best to replace the rear window. I went away, did some research and decided to deal with the problem by taking their advice and replacing the rear window. I called back down to A-1 Window Tinting the following morning, still stressed because of the pending sale. They called around their people in the area, and found Perfect Glass, who had a rear view window for the car in stock. I dropped the car around to Perfect Glass. In turn, they sent the new rear view mirror back around to A-1 Window Tinting, had them put the new tint on the new rear window and drop it back to them. When I called back 2 hours later, the job had been completed - for well under what I expected it cost. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to find such a service. The customer service from both Perfect Glass and A-1 Window Tinting was something you don't find often. I highly recommend both these services. The customer service is extra-ordinary, and the ability and willingness to resolve a problem for their customer is really refreshing.
