As I watched the guys do the repair, I noticed they would lay their clip board right on my paint, they also draped extension cords on the paint, I watched them repeatedly rub the paint with their hands, not sure why, but these are all good ways to leave scratches and swirls in my ceramic coating. Just some observations of complacency. Was all covered through my insurance so it was a no money out of pocket and a quick in and out and an easy appointment.

They didn't give the rental car I was promised, even though I was assured, the day before, that it was booked. They promised my car would be ready on a Sunday. It wasn't. Unseen damage. Isnt that their job to see/estimate it? I went in the next day when it was promised again, but again, not ready. I called the next day and they had "run out of double sided tape". Finally I was told I could pick it up on Thu at noon, but again, it wasn't ready! To add to all those broken promises, I asked them to "buff out" the many little scratches on the paint.
