I was charged for what I was told was a higher-quality, more expensive windshield, but they installed what appeared to be a generic one instead. Within just a few days, the glass cracked. When I reached out, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one ever followed through. After several attempts, the last person I spoke with told me I would have to pay full price for a replacement--despite the fact that the windshield had just been installed and failed almost immediately. I was also told that "all windshields are identical" and that no brand or manufacturer is better than another, even going so far as to claim that Gorilla Glass is just generic glass with a label on it. This made me feel like they weren't being transparent about the product I actually paid for. Overall, they refused to stand behind their work, didn't honor what they originally told me, and were extremely hard to reach once problems came up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.
