I was under the impression that they were going to shampoo the seats, as I said this was the main thing I wanted done yet it definitely wasn't done. It only looked like the floor mats were done. Also, they didn't clean my middle console cubby at all. This was disappointing since it wasn't up to my expectations for the price I paid. Though, one thing I did appreciate was how fast I was able to get an appointment.

When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. He's flexible with odd schedules too. He has the ability to speak English well. He can communicate detailed information about paint, problems, and all the little things. I say this not identify him for any reason but to promote his business. :) Now the detailing.... ahhh the detailing! Everything, and I mean everything had been cleaned! Not just the areas that you can see, but inside the glovebox, door pockets, under the floor mats, spare tire compartment, engine compartment, center consoles, nooks, crannies, and so many more "behind the scene" areas. We opened the hood, and the top cover was so clean, you could eat off it! The headlights were crisp and clear! I had a HOV pass that left sticky crud on my windshield. The sun bakes it on. They got it all off, with no residue whatsoever. I didn't even ask! WOW! Children left kick marks on the bottom of my door panels. Those are gone. The dash and tires were treated to a conditioning top coat...so clean and shiny. I have WeatherTech floor mats and cargo liners... these were all shined up. The dash instruments, knobs, compartments, etc are so clean. The drink holders had no goobers whatsoever, and looked brand new! There were no watermarks, streaks, windshield wiper outlines, or anything else that smacks of its recent cleaning. There were scent stiks in the vents making the whole interior smell lovely. I have a mid-size SUV. The price compared to other local businesses, for comparative detail packages, were well over $100 less!!! I will highly Aaron to ANYONE looking for a fantastic Auto Detailing!

Every lot swore their vehicles were "clean," yet I'd show up and immediately spot scratches, worn interiors, or straight-up missing features within minutes. Exhausting. At this point, I wasn't a "difficult customer" -- I was just done being lied to. Then Chad Chambers Auto Sales stepped in and made every other dealership look like amateur hour. Chad actually listened to me, they had the exact fully loaded Highlander I'd been hunting for, verified every detail I cared about, and made sure it arrived in the condition I expected -- not the condition someone hoped I wouldn't notice. His team even delivered it straight to my house for a solid price. After months of nonsense, Chad ended the chaos in one shot. Absolute legends.
