The first time I had pants trimmed and they turned them into high waters and the trim was a straight stitch not invisible on my new slacks. I pointed the errors but mistake was done not much could be done to be fixed so I paid and left. That time she was indifferent . I should have just stayed away but though maybe dry cleaning is different. So yeah any recommendations would be nice I'm new to the area. lol

When I picked it up, I discovered five separate snags on the fabric that were not there before. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. I trusted this business to handle my garment with care, and unfortunately, it was returned to me damaged. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience.

I wanted waistband to be altered (add inch with elastic). I provided fabric to be used if needed. They couldn't find my pants when picked up blazers (not in system). I was waiting for response on if they could do it and to give me quote. Staff called manager, quoted $45 and I said pass, please return slacks. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize.

It was one of the lowest quotes I received as well as the quickest response which I really appreciated. This dry cleaner is located in a cute center diagonal from Pinnacle at MacArthur. I like that they have a parking spot designated tor the dry cleaners too! (Even though they have plenty of parking spots) When I came to pick up my suit jacket the next day, it was ready as promised. The suit jacket looked in good condition and was well cared for. Frank even offered me still or sparkling water. One thing to note is there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if it's an option for you.
